"Thank you! I believe that keeping my company small keeps my overhead low, which allows me to keep my prices low. Big companies have to charge a lot of money because they have a lot of expenses. I also used to work for one of the largest companies in the area, so I have the knowledge of the larger companies but prices of a small company. Which means you win!"
"That says it all. I could of easily came in behind that other technician and said I could replace it for a $1,000 less and make lots of money. But I have a conscience and I wouldn't be doing right by the customer if I didn that. I would think by saving that homeowner $8,000 that I have a customer for life. I'm glad I could save you that amount. See you in the spring!"
"Thank you for the opportunity to service you heating system. From the moment I step into a homeowners home I'm interviewing to be the heating and air conditioning tech for life. I'm going to go the extra me to make sure you are educated on your system and all your expectations are met. Make sure you use your referral card and get your next cleaning for $25."
"Thank you very much for the opportunity, always on time, if not a few minutes early. She has a new system but still needed cleaning. A lot of people think because it's a new system it doesn't need cleaning. Like a car it should be maintenanced twice a year. Once for heat and once for air conditioning."
"This homeowners timing couldn't be better. His 2nd and 3rd floor wasn't heating up, turns out his boiler didn't have much water in it. Cleaning, bleeding the radiators and filling the system was all it took to fix the problem but the "WHY" it was happening is because his internal thermostat was set so high that the boiler was actually boiling the water that was ment to heat the home. See you next season for A/C"
"Thank you for the opportunity! I usually answer all no heat calls the same day but that day was just not one of them. I don't like pushing calls off to the next day and I appreciate you willing to wait for the next morning. I always try to take the time out to educate the homeowner on how the system works so they know what I did. It's just not "WHAT" the problem is, it's the "WHY" it broke is what a good technician will look for. A lot of companies fix the issue and leave the house. If your technician doesn't figure out the "WHY" it'll break down again. Thanks again for the opportunity, see you in the spring for air conditioning cleaning!"
"Very nice lady. If there's anything I'd like for a homeowner to be on top of is to charge your filter regularly. A manufacturer may say to leave it in there for 90 days but how do they know if you have 20 cats or not? Check it often."
"Very eager to learn how his system works, nice guy! Look forward to servicing your system next season!"
"Contractors are always saying "you need to replace it" that's the furthest the from my mind. I prefer to fix first...... Replace last. Thanks for the opportunity. See you in the spring!"
"Thanks! I don't believe in taking advantage of the homeowners wallet because they're vulnerable. I choose to remain a one man band to keep my costs low and pass those saving on to you the consumer. I appreciate you kind words and I look forward to seeing you next season!"
"Thank you for the opportunity to service your system. I appreciate the referrals and in return your next cleaning is for $25! See you next year"
Tech was very professional, the quality of service and the price was perfect, couldn't have gotten better service even had we had to pay more money. He checked each and every one of our radiators in each room. We would definitely choose this service provider each year to do a yearly overhaul on our furnace.
Thank you.
"Thank you for the opportunity to service your heating system, it was a pleasure meeting you"
"Thank you for your kind words. Luckily it was an easy fix, I keep my truck stocked with parts mostly used in the industry but there are sometimes when a part needs to be ordered. I'm almost always early for my appointments, so your never going to think I'm going to arrive late. It was a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to seeing you in the spring for air conditioning!"
"Thank you for your kind words, it was a pleasure meeting you. Regardless of the age of the system or even how old it looks, I'm never going to suggest someone replace their heating or air conditioning unit unless efficiency is an issue with the homeowner. If it works.... Leave it. Remember to take advantage of the referral card and get your next cleaning for $25. See you in the spring!"
"Very nice family, with 4 furnaces in the home one was located in the attic where it's installation put the rooms below it in danger. After a simple fix the homeowner can sleep at night knowing that the rooms below the attic unit are safe from condensation/water issues. Thank you for the opportunity to service your units. See you in the spring!"
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to service your heater! Remember to use your referral card to get your next cleaning for $25!"
"Very nice family. There's never a need to apply pressure to up sell. Youll never retain any costumes by doing it and you'll never be referred. Doing right by the costomer is priority #1. See you in the the spring for air conditioning!"
"Thank you For the opportunity to service you heater, remember to user your referral coupon and get your next cleaning for $25! See you in the spring"
"It's that simple, hvac companies make most of their money by replacing units. But an 8 year old system?? It's still brand new! You always have to do good by the costomer/homeowner and putting thousands back into the homeowners pocket is the greatest feeling. Even though I was on vacation, I still answered all my calls, for those who could wait, did and I appreciate it, if i can walk you through a situation I will. See you in the spring."
"Thank you for the opportunity to service your heater, I look forward to seeing you in the spring for air conditioning. Remember to use your referral card to get your next cleaning for $25!"
"Very nice homeowners. The last thing they needed was to be hit with a bill while literally moving in to their new home. Be sure to use your referral card to get your next cleaning for $25! See you in the spring."

"Very nice lady. Angie's List allows you to purchase two deals only but this homeowner has multiple units in different buildings across town. I honored the Angie's List price for all her units and I set aside the whole day to do them. Thanks for the opportunity, see you next season!"
"Thank you for the recommendation and for the opportunity to service you heating system!"
"That's definitely true, every house I go into I'm interviewing to become their heating and air conditioning specialist for life. Simple fix on their unit, didn't require much, so I couldn't charge for it. Thank you very much for the opportunity to service your system. See you in the spring for air conditioning!"
