This provider is exceptional in the work he does. We have used him three times now as needed to complete outside restoration. We have used other providers in the past but their knowledge, technique and craftsmanship do not measure up to his. His work has not needed further attention. He uses high quality materials-just any slate won't do, and forms and solders the copper using orignial technique skills and processes.. He makes his own snow guards and clean-outs for the site. The result is amazing. The leaking from improperly installed gutters (both placement and angle) of priorprovider's tries are long past. If you are interested in exact restoration and exemplary results John is the one for the job. He works alone, is very well versed and trained in his art, takes his time to do it right and is upfront on the cost,length and result. He is forthright in addressing problems and the results, giving detailed plans for resolving problems encountered. He will not be the cheapest bid but having been there in the past even with other higher profile services, he may well be the last one you need. The results are well worth it-like economy car vs luxury in value. We will continue to call him with any similar work we need. We have found him professional and honest in his business and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a first class renovation.
