It was what he said it was going to be. He kept coming back until it was absolutely perfect. The workers were very professional.

Very well. On time, efficient, neat, everything works beautifully--both cool and heat and my electric bill is lower than window units and I get light where the old, inefficient units were.

The problem was solved.  The wind from the storm had most probably caused a switch to turn off and while Tony checked out all other possibilities he confirmed with his manager that this was most probably the scenario for what went wrong.

Determined there was a leak in the furnace that was misdiagnosed by another company. Bob personally came to analyze the situation and supervise the installation. His quote was fair and the work was done exactly as quoted- no add on expenses. He has great experience and professionalism. Highly recommend.

They carried out the work when they said they would carry it out. Their staffs were professional, competent, and pleasant to have in the house. I still have an outstanding question about the adequacy of the size of the heating unit, but in terms of how they carried the work out, all of that was up to a high standard.

Courteous technician who worked quickly and efficiently.

It will not go above 58 degrees. I called them to send a technician to come fix the issue. Joe, the technician came, said the problem was with the pressure switch. He informed me that he would need to go buy a new pressure switch. He installed it and the problem was still not fixed. He then informed me that the problem was with the inducer motor. He called the company and explained the problem to, I'm assuming, Bob Cermignano. He then informed me that the cost of the motor would be $1200 and that I needed a new furnace. He said he could order a new one and that we would receive it Monday or Tuesday. I declined because I wanted to get some quotes from other companies. He informed my wife that the furnace was broken, which didn't seem possible because it was running about an hour ago, just a low efficiency. I then noticed the thermostat was black. He informed me that he turn the thermostat off. I then went downstairs and turned it back on and the heat was back on just not at high efficiency. So, he had turned it off even though it was not actually broken.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. There was an issue with the AC, so we didn't get anything done. There was frost on it, so they couldn't do any tune up on it. The gentleman who came for the service, unfortunately the person who I spoke to in the office, did not know how the Angie's deal works. Had I known that I had to turn the AC off 24 hours before they came in, I would have done that, and would have gotten the service done, but I wasn't informed. I had to make several calls for them to call me back.

We purchased one of Angie's Deals and I was concerned that it would take weeks before our appointment. However, I was able to schedule for the following week. The technician was prompt, courteous and unintrusive. He worked efficiently and even replaced our air filter, recommending a more effective product that we should use in the future. Furthermore, he even took time to look at a website with me to confirm I would be purchasing the correct filter.
