I was very pleased with Eric who was the tech. He was very polite and did a thorough job. I was also pleased with the price. I plan on using City Plumbing again.

Eric F arrived on time, was very pleasant & knowledgeable. As soon as he walked in my door, he immediately covered his boots to prevent tracking debris & rain through my home, which I greatly appreciated. Eric F is a diligent, detail-oriented professional & friendly. He answered questions I posed & also explained things during repairs.

I had a refrigerator delivered by Best Buy yesterday and they were unable to connect the water line from the old frig to the new. It needed to have a new adapter compatible with the steel hoses. I needed a plumber. I called on July 3rd at 8:00 a.m. and explained my problem and that I was having company for the 4th and really wanted this to be working. By 8:30 a.m. they had a service man here; who within one hour had replaced the line, connector and hooked everything up. I now have water and ice in the door on the new frig. for my 4th of July celebration. Thank you City Plumbing!

The work they performed was phenomenal. It happened on a Sunday in winter. I called them around 12:30p and they were here and done by 2:15p. Eric and Nick performed the work. They were professional, courteous and experienced. If you have a similar emergency, I would recommend their service and use them again myself.

Plumber fixed both problems.  Put cap on garbage disposal and unclogged drain.  Worker kept me informed  during process
He cleaned up the kitchen floor and other debris and replaced my things under the sink.

The service worked out fine. I was able to get the job done, and it was done very well.

We called them based on the recommendation of a friend, and we've been very happy with their services.  The plumbers are polite and professional, they clean up after themselves, and they're always considerate of the house.  In fact, they always make sure to wear footies before entering the house.

Very happy with the service provided and the professional who did the work.  Eric was right on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable.  In a very short time he was able to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate for what the repairs would be.  His estimate and the actuals were almost right down to the penny and accurate.  No surprises at all.  When he was done he did a thorough walk through of the work he was done and his analysis of the condition of the two units.  Very positive experience and would highly recommend and use again.

They spent 3 hours and said they found the problem. This week the same problem occurred. Called another company and they resolved the problem.
