Of the three estimates I received and were reviewed by an engineer friend,  Dwyer provided the most comprehensive. and the cost was very competitive.  After I awarded the contract, most communications were done very efficiently by e-mail.  Work was scheduled for three days, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and completed the job on schedule.  They did a great job cleaning up each day and leaving the work area in good condition.  The gas and hot water heaters are working great and I expect the air conditioner will do a super job come summer.
They also took time to answer any questions I had and review the final job with me.  I would highly recommend them.

Found lots of problems that were neglected by previous contractor.  They corrected the problems, explained what was done incorrectly.  System is much more efficient as a result.

That's right. Freezing cold-New Year's Eve and the heater dies. Dwyer is always great--have used them for years. And even without a service contract last year they showed up within 3 hours and fixed our heater. Fantastic.

Excellent!! The serviceman could not have been more courteous and efficient. He explained everything in details and answer my questions in full detail. Gave me valuable suggestions on maintenance and on quality of air filters to help my unit be more energy efficient. In addition found the source of a leaky pipe that 3 other companies could not find including the plumber who worked in the construction of our house. Thought the the service was a bit pricey however I would definitely use them again and highy recommend them!

We were dissatisfied with Dwyer's service because of poor communication in the company. The service person told us to talk with the sales rep to get pricing. He called two days later and spoke with my husband, who didn't know which parts needed to be replaced. The sales rep told my husband that we needed three parts - including the motor which still worked fine! The prices were way overpriced compared to the second company that came out too. Since my husband didn't know which parts were broken, he agreed to order all three parts. When he told me that later in the evening, I was surprised and said we needed to call them right away. I called back the next day but he said the parts were already ordered and that we might have to pay for the return shipment even though he had made the mistake of ordering the wrong part. We then went with the second company who replaced our furnace for us. The following week I received a bill from Dwyer for $125 without a phone call or explanation. Apparently this included the shipment charge for sending back the parts and over $75 for just looking at our furnace! I was very upset with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

I made an appointment the week prior.  On the day I expected them, no one showed up at the appointed time.  I had to call the office again twice to get someone out that day.  When the technician arrived, he told me that the air conditioning wasn't working because there was a leak in the tubing.  I asked him if he could fix it, and he told me he wasn't sure.  He tried for a while, then came back in and told me he wasn't able to fix it and had just filled it back up with freon so that it would work for a while.  I asked for an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it, but he was unable to give me one or to tell me when he could come back.  They billed us $263 for the visit and for freon, and it worked for a while but is no longer working. 

The toilet was leaking from the bottom. He took the toilet off, took the old seal off and put the new seal back on. He did a very good job. He was very professional. He is a decent plumber. If anything else goes wrong, I will be calling him again.

The initial call went very well. They were able to make an appointment convenient for me, and in a short period of wait time. They told me they would arrive between 8 am and 9 am, and the plumber was at my home at 8:05 am. The repairs took just over an hour to complete. He left no mess behind, and cleaned up the pipes of any grease, etc. It has been a month since the repairs, and I have had no problems. We received a bill about a week later, for $300. I thought it was a fair bill, but for just over an hour of work and a few replacement parts that were pvc and metal, maybe a bit steep. I haven't hired a plumber in years, so I can only assume that the bill was fair.

They explained why they recommended a different model from the various ones recommended by other companies. For the extra efficient ones, it takes both effort and thought to place the exernal outlet in a safe place. They were knowledgeble and helpful, and took both our outside needs and safety into account, calling in someone else to solve this problem when needed. The night the furnace was installed, it banged horribly at times. We called the next day. They responded immediately, came right out and fixed the problem. I think they did a great job. We were impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge, efficiency and ability. In addition, they figured out steps and put in the time necessary to minimize our being without heat. We were pleasantly surprised that the whole job went so smoothly because of their planning and work. There was only one rather than the several nights without heat as they, and all the other companies consulted had anticpated.

I called when I was on vacation in MT because I was worried that the temperature, if the A/C was broken, would be unsafe for my pooches. A neighbor met the Dwyer rep at my home. He said the rep was diligent and courteous. So, I'd definitely go back to him.

The 25 year old boiler in our stone row home failed unexpectedly just as the cold weather started to settle in. There was no leak, breaker issue or other obvious problem, so we called Dwyer on friends reccomendation. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and started troubleshooting. He quickly found that the water pressure guage had gone bad, tripping out the boiler. The guage for our unit is no longer available, but the technician called back to the office to see if a comparable replacement was available. It wasn't, but could be ordered to arrive in two-three says. The technician didn't want to leave us without heat, so he reached out to a colleague, who came over and was able to get the boiler running temporarily until the replacement came in. When the part arrived, the office called and wanted to send someone over right away. I was at work and couldn't get there to meet them until after 5:30 PM. The technician showed up at 6 PM, replaced the guage and was out in 30 minutes. When I received the bill, I fully expected to pay for two technicians on the first visit, they only charged a single hourly service rate. I also expected to pay 'after hours emergency' rates for the second visit due to the later hour, but they charged the same hourly rate (no additional premium). They were professional, courteous and diligent. I found their customer service excellent and their pricing more than fair. If I had any complaint, it was that they took several weeks to bill me so that I had to write the check right after Christmas shopping! I reccomend them without reservation.

Very polite, no charge for coming out to go over the boiler points of care. Used 3 years as oil supplier but have switched to a different provider who is less expense and a mix of bio-fuels.

Discussed the options with me and then told which parts to purchase. This saved me money as well as allowed me to select the exact sink, faucets, water filter and disposal I wanted. Installation was professional, efficient, neat and included clean up.

After a serious renovation nightmare, this company was a sweet dream! They provided an estimate that not only included the work I wanted to have done, it also included things that were not completed properly by another company. At first I thought it was a little high, but I found the representative to be pleasant and transparent. The representative and his "helper" were honest about the amount of time the job would take and seemed eager to help me finally get my kitchen and my life back! They arrived on-time, completed the tasks in the time described and even placed my keys exactly where I asked them to upon completion of the work. I highly recommend them!
