Reliance Roofing and Siding

Reliance Restorations replaced the roof on our house and garage. Its proposal was the most complete and lowest cost of the four re-roofing proposals we received, all from highly qualified roofing contractors. The job entailed removing two layers of roofing material, the bottom layer comprising the original, 100-year-old shingles, installation of a new plywood roof deck throughout and applying the new roofing system on top of that. This could have created a holy mess, but instead it created almost none due to the way that debris was handled. The quality, speed, and efficiency that characterized the work on this job was remarkable, as was the responsiveness of Reliance's owner, James Kim - and I'm saying this as an architect. Reliance used every time-saving tool and piece of equipment available to keep the job moving, without compromising quality. The workers were obviously experienced at what they were doing, and worked tirelessly - even into the evening - to complete the sections of roof on which they were working. A job that I thought would take more than a week was done in just under four days. Mr. Kim was a pleasure to work with, always positive, never hesitating to work with us constructively to address unforeseen issues. All in all a positive experience, and we are more than satisfied. I recommend this firm highly.

Job was done with no issues. Workman cleaned up everything leaving no mess. Workman were very pleasant to deal with. Owner (James) came by several times to explain what the workman were doing and how it protects the roof. Overall this job was handled professionally with no problems. James and his team where awesome! We had a very difficult roof that had a lot of unique angels and also 3 layers of shingles but the final price came in exactly where James quoted it when we first met. The crew was extremely friendly. We were there most of the time the roofers were there, doing other work to the house. It was very hot that week but the guys were very quick to hand us one of their soda's or waters when we would take our breaks. It was a great experience. I wouldn't even think of using another company next time I need roof work done.

Job was not rushed, they listened to all my requests and comments, explained all the details of relevance when asked, used pro materials. did a great clean up at the end front and back of the house.

Problem re-occured and Company came and said he was going to fix it and admitted on doing something that may have caused the problem again and after that he has disappeared. They Do not answer my calls or contact methods
