I recently contracted with B&B Associates Creations to remodel my two bathrooms. My experience with all the folks at B&B was nothing less than fantastic and I would whole heartily recommend them to you for your bathroom renovation. An important note, B&B focuses on bathroom and kitchen renovations, and they stay in their lane. Because of that, I believe they deliver a superior result. I came by B&B on Angi. I reached out to them through the website. I received a call back from Michael, an owner of B&B. You know this because Michael has this embroidered on this B&B polo shirts. He is proud of his firm and wants you to know you are dealing with an owner. This was very reassuring to me. We established a time for Michael to come over to look at my bathroom. He arrived with an associate on time. I was ready, also. I had my list of what I was looking for in the reno. They reviewed my list and inspected the bathroom. The level of detail and Michaelâ s description of how his firm worked was very reassuring to me. I sourced my own finishes & fixtures, but even here Michael was very helpful. He recommended companies for both my vanities and counter tops. I was provided his contractorâ s discount at both companies. I saved a great deal of money, and it was easy coordinating deliveries because B&B works with both companies regularly. Also, I met Michael and the individual supervising my jobs for tile shopping. The feedback here was also very helpful. As I thought about the disruption and how Michael had honored each early commitment to the letter, I took a leap of faith and decided to do both bathrooms, one after the other. I called Michael and got an estimate and signed a contract for my other bathroom. I can tell you that I have two beautiful bathrooms and have absolutely no regrets. Hereâ s what happened. On the day before the demo of bathroom #1, a trailer for the debris was delivered. On demo day, Michael, my job supervisor and the team that would complete both renos arrived. They had detailed notes of what would be done. All of us walked through the bathrooms and reviewed the fixtures. They then put down plastic runners to protect my floors and began the demolition. The next day, my team began rough plumbing and electrical and so on each and every day until the bathroom was complete, which was about 12 days. If I had questions, there were polite and professional answers. If there were concerns, they were addressed. I had gone through a â cheapâ renovation 7 years ago, so I was always wary, but I never had reason for concern. Once the first bathroom was completed and available for my use, the second bathroom demo occurred. This was the bathroom off of my bedroom, so there were a few additional features that I wanted, including a heated floor. Again, the execution was flawless. In fact, the last week of construction coincided with a previously planned vacation. That did not change a thing. Each day my team arrived and when I got back, the bathroom was complete and looked beautiful. No renovation is perfect. You will always have a punch list. In my case, one of the issues was a medicine cabinet door that was delivered shattered. I had to return it to the manufacturer for repair. It was not returned until after the job was complete. No problem. I just added it to a short punch list of issues that needed to be resolved. Two prompt visits later all issues were satisfactorily resolved. As I write this, I am an extremely happy client of B&B. I have two wonderful bathrooms that have moved from builder grade or just OK to extraordinary. I spent money on high end shower fixtures, frameless heavy weight shower doors, large format tile, lighted medicine cabinets and bidet toilets and now have the sanctuaries that I wanted. They completed my renos to my absolute satisfaction. I b...
