We had hardwood flooring installed in most of the main level of our home. We also had carpet installed in several areas upstairs. Dave helped us choose a natural red oak, and he was very polite and helpful. Installers did a great job . We had several estimates. Pricing was at the lower end of the same ballpark as the others. Professional, easy to work with, and results are beautiful.

They were satisfactory. My experience with them was a little better than average. I wasn't too happy with the carpeting but that's not their fault. They were neat and prompt.

The result was good. The carpet looks nice and is well installed. My only complains were the price and responsiveness. On the one hand, I think they were not very responsive regarding the scheduling of the assessment. They missed the first appointment, and it was not very easy to schedule the next. On the other hand, I found that the amount of money I paid was excessive for the surface I ultimately asked them to recarpet.

I was very impressed with the amount of time they have spent with us. The same guy that was at the store was at the warehouse and gave us his undivided attention. We have not decided who to use at this point.
