Physical Graff-Tees

I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish.  Steve was professional, accomodating to my time frame, kept me posted on the progress and his company did quality work at a reasonable price.  I gave Steve a budget and he came in under it.  I will not hesitate to go back to Physical Graffitees when I oder my screen printed summer work shirts and the embroidered work jackets for my employess.

This company had performed admirably in past years in providing me with screen-printed T-shirts and sweatshirts.  I always had terrific customer service from the owner's longtime assistant.  This particular time, I dealt directly with Steve, the owner, as his assistant had left the business.  The first batch of shirts were screen-printed with the incorrect name (a previous name we no longer used and had not used for 3 years.)  The owner reprinted new shirts with the correct name at no charge, and credited me for the garments I supplied that were printed incorrectly.  Things were all good until I checked the new order and found that he had substituted a portion of the order - one brand of T-shirts for another - without checking with me first or notifying me that he was doing so.  These shirts were ordered specifically for ladies and the substituted shirts were much larger than the ordered ones even though they were labeled the same size.  When I called to find out what happened, Steve told me he could not get the original ordered brand.  (When I searched the internet, I found the brand in less than one minute.)  Steve agreed to credit me the amount for the substituted shirts.  Next month, when I checked my bank statement, the credit had not come through.  I called Steve only to be told belligerently that he had changed his mind, he was not issuing the credit.  He stated that it was my fault from the start beginning with the first incorrect batch.  He even went so far as to call me names and hang up on me.  I am a reasonable person so I attempted to call back to try to work out a compromise.  He would not even let me speak a word in edgewise and again called me names and hung up on me.  At this point I did not try to resolve the issue any farther.  I tried to tell myself that perhaps he was having a bad day, but the bottom line is that he was completely unprofessional.
