Everything went smoothly

Everything was way better than i could have imagined. Our inspector was super professional and straightforward. He answered all of our questions. He even went beyond by giving us side answers about repairs and ideas. I loved the quality of their walk through too. Everything was really broken down for us. I would most definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Tony did a great job. It was very helpful for the purchase of our house. And the one problem we had, Tony gave us the name of a contractor that helped us with our issue.

Thorough and informative. Our inspector, Chris, was there before our appointment to unlock doors, turn on lights, and get acclimated with the house. The inspection lasted about 3 hours and Chris explained things as he went. Chris even made it on to the very steep roof. We received the report the very next day. The report was thorough and clear with pictures for every finding.

The home inspection went great. Christopher Arranz was the inspector. He was professional explained everything as we went. Asked if we had any questions after each room. Did a through job. Scheduling was easy, the price was good. Appointment verifications were emailed after the appointment was made and the day before the inspection. The full report was done the next day. It was available on there website via login information sent to my e-mail. The report is downloadable in PDF format. The report was professional and easy to understand. lots of photos with circles or arrows indicating the problem areas. Defiantly would hire again and recommend.

Mark was awesome - 30+ years as a contractor prior to doing home inspection, he did a detailed job, explaining as he went. He also pointed out the things that were not part of the inspection (like sprinklers) and that I should follow up on those items on my own.

They found that I was above the normal level for radon after a 48 hour test, and gave me the number for someone that would take good care of me. The guy was super nice. My wife felt very comfortable in the house with Tony Domingues as our inspector. He walked me through what the results meant and told me the other services they offer. I will definitely take advantage of their expertise with other inspections I will need.

I Contacted Tony when I found this home that I currently live in. This home was vacant for 2 years and I knew it needed alot of work, so Tony had his work cut out for him for a home inspection. When he did the inspection, I was here with him even though I didn't have to be. He took time to explain things to me without belittling me. Tony and his team is extremely dependable, professional and informative. The report is a typed report that includes color pictures and descriptions with notes that also tell you things that he notices that are for your information. reports are available online so you can have the sell and realtors look at the report also.
Tony definitely put my mind at ease with his expertise. Tony answered any questions I had concerning the house, septic system, and radon. If you have a house you are buying, Tony is your man, he will definitely tell you what you the condition of the house with no bias. I am hoping to never move again but if for some reason I do, Tony is the guy I will call for another home inspection.
