Overcharged to flush transmission based on posted rates and denied the rates applied to existing Firestone Card customers even though a nearby Firestone Store later confirmed they did. Tested alignment and wanted $300 to shim the rear. Later took it to a Toyota dealer and they said the alignment was fine. This follows an earlier episode where this same store replaced my fuel pump and cleaned the injection system. Two days later my vehicle caught fire and was destroyed. They denied any reponsibility and wouldn't even refund the cost of the and quot;repair.and quot;

They are fine, I use them all of the time. They are timely. They quote all of the work before hand.

We have been using them for at least a year and a half. They are open seven days a week. They have excellent service. They don't push you to buy something that you don't need right away.
