"great customers they actually lived out of town and this was a vacation home so they gave me a key and let us do our thing. it wasn't a very big house like some of the others I tend to do but there was alot of repair work and high work. I believe I spend more time with repairs then we did painting. I really wish I could post pics on here because the before and after pics are like night and day. the finishes project came out amazing. I'm glad the customer is happy and I'm looking forward to the next project for them."

"great customer to work for. one of my favorite things about my job is the customers. I tend to become friends with many of my customers including this one I just recently reached out to see how they were doing. this was a rather big house 3000sf or bigger and most of the trim and doors were stained and painted white all ceilings and walls were also painted and there was alot of spackling. I went through 3 buckets of spackle. at the end of the day the job went well and I rate the customers an A+."

"wow unbelievable worst customer I ever worked for. At first things were going great for the first week or so we spackled the entire house I went through 3 1/2 buckets of spackle cracks everywhere. I put drops down covered everything with plastic cabinets furniture ext... I even hung plastic to divide the rooms and keep the dust down.. we painted and cleaned up the entire fist floor on a Friday I new and assumed the customer new no matter how much we clean and wipe things down some.dust will settle over the weekend we did alot of spackling. we show up Monday and this guy is flipping out on us calling us morons cursing at us and seid he wanted me to paint 1 more room and leave and not come back. the customer then went on to say he was sensitive to dust and that we used cheap spackle. I used USG top of the line spackle I'm not even sure what cheap spackle is.. I've never been kicked off a job before. we also had to work around other contractors election and carpet guys which wasn't what we agreed too. we removed wall paper on the 2nd floor in a bed room covered furniture but before we were even done and cleaned up the carpet guys were grabing furniture and pulling it out of the room so they could start ripping up the old carpet. anyways to make a very long story short when we came back that Monday and he flipped out on us this is why. out of all the spackling I did there was a drip on a door upstairs that some how I missed and there was a little bit of wall paper on one peice of furniture the carpet guys took out on us and the dust settled on the first floor. this is why we were kicked off the job. Friday before we left my helper and I cleaned the first floor for almost 3 hours wiped down everything and it looked good when we left. the last thing I expected showing up for work that Monday was this guy flipping out on us. the paint job looked really good as all of my work does. I just never dealt with someone like this before and I'm proud of myself for how I handled it. even after we left there was emails where there were more name calling and cursing and I kept my composure about myself and didn't retaliate. I take pride in my work that's why I have good reviews if there was an issue of any kind as I tell all my customers just say something to me and I'll take care of it. I know I can't always please everyone but I really do try I'm constantly going above and beyond for my customers because I value them as a customer and many I even become friends with. well if your reading this please don't let 1 bad review make you go elsewhere I will make sure this dont happen again. for the record i was paid for everything we did and all materials and again we were asked to paint another room before we left the job for good."

"what a nice review, alway appreciated. All together it took the customer about a year to figure out what and how they wanted to tackle the project. The customer had many questions and i was happy help. I remained patient and waited for the final ok to schedule the work. My brother who usually works with me ended up getting hurt on a different job, so i did the job by myself. I completed the job in about 7 days that included spackling, putting polyurethane on doors and painting the walls and ceilings in described areas all in all job went well and home owners were great to work for."

"great review thanks we also painted all of the walls and the price listed includes the cost of paint. the house was between 1700 and 1800sf but we did not paint the bathrooms and one bedroom. there was very little furniture in our way so we were able to move Farley quickly. there was a high great room with a stairway to a loft but that was the most difficult part of the job but for us it's just all in a days work. all in all the job went well home owner was great to work for he even bought us lunch our last day and gave us a tip for being under budget and having the job done so quickly we look forward to be working with this home owner in the future."

"there was a lot of work involved in this small attic space like all the trim was stained so we sanded it primed them and the painted 2 coats including the rail and risers going up the stairs then we painted the walls 2 coats. the wall met up with a wooden ceiling with rafters every 16 inches so we needed to brush around every rafter on Bothell sides of the walls. the stairs where open and a little high. over all job went well we will be doing more work for this customer soon."
