Creative Fence Company

on 4/11/19 I wrote a review on this site giving Creative Fence a D rating. This was only because of lack of responsiveness and consistency of communication from Brad. After trying to source the work from others, I realized CF had the best options for a quality fence. I called Brad and he immediately owned the past issues and vowed to make good on the original proposal and made a commitment to our project. He kept every bit of his word. He is a man of character as our previous interaction was rough. The work was done on schedule and his crew was fantastic. I am so glad we gave Brad another chance. I always knew the quality was terrific so reconciling the other challenges was well worth the wait. I'd highly recommend Brad and Creative Fence.

6’ vinyl privacy fence

This was the second time I was going to use Creative. First time was fantastic. Second time started fine with Brad being very responsive to come out and get info for an estimate. He took a lot of time giving me all of my options. When I finally got the quote and had questions, I'd call and get the same story every time...I see your paperwork at the top of the pile. He WILL call you today or tomorrow'. That never happened. At least 4 times I would call and get the same exact story. I stopped feeling sorry for his office person after the second time. By now she knows he's not going to follow up. Then I remembered what he said when he initially came out, " this is the busiest year I've ever had". The get some help and take care of the customers who were there for you when you weren't so busy.

Everyone at Creative Fence was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just had my fence installed and the process was seamless from start to finish. I had concerns with cost due to the layout of my property and some existing hardware from a chain link fence that had been removed by the previous owner. I was very impressed with Brad's quick solutions to these obstacles. Dan, the work site Foreman, and his team were fantastic! These guys were systematic in their approach and were very organized. They exceeded my expectations with timing and cost. I shopped around and I can tell you from experience that it doesn't get any better than Creative Fence!

Creative Fence Co was a pleasure to do business with. They responded to our request for an estimate in less than 24 hours. The owner Brad provided our estimate. He took the time to fully understand our objectives and provided great suggestions. Our estimate arrived in less than 48 hours after his visit. Once we accepted his proposal, His wife Debbie gave us an estimated start date and then reached out a week in advance to confirm. The job foreman confirmed the particulars of the install and made some great suggestions. The actual installation is perfect. I’ve been a homeowner for over 20 years and I can’t say enough about the overall experience.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks!

We are in process; however, the owner, Brad, is very professional and works hard at communicating ahead of booking job. He is all about the details...win-win for all.

It went exceptionally good. Workers were punctual, work was completed ahead of schedule and workmen cleaned up as expected. I would recommend this company to others.

Very Disappointed!! Similar to other "F" ratings about this company, I too was initially impressed. First appt set at 2 weeks out. Brad showed up on time, took measurements, after he left he sent photos to me of colors, I responded back in a text of the type and color we desired. I never got a quote. 2 weeks later I text him a reminder that I would like the quote, no response back. Another week later I call and was apologized to and assured I would be getting a quote. Nope!!. I'm 8 weeks into this thing and have to start over with another company. So like the other gentlemen said "I'm done chasing this company". There's no excuse for this kind of poor customer service.

We hired Creative Fence to install ~450 feet of 54-inch Powder-coated Aluminum Fencing around our backyard with two 4-foot gates and an 8-foot double gate. Dan and Taj did a great job with the installation over 3 days. Cleaned up well at the end of each day. Everything went according to plan and the finished product looks great. We would hire again.

very good as expected

We had Creative Fence build and install 96 feet of 6 foot tall shadowbox style cedar fencing with one gate. The fence is exceptionally well designed and built in every aspect. We took years to decide on the fence design, material and quality we wanted. Many fences look similar until you study the details. Creative is the best we've seen and our results confirm it. Dan and Taj did the install. They were meticulous and considerate in every detail including making suggestions and accommodating last minute changes.

Excellent again. 2nd. time, just as pleased as as the first.

Excellent no complaints

this was the most expensive bid I got on the project but they were the only one willing to do some of the parts of the project like preparing the paperwork needed for a permit and upgrading the hardware on a gate that I needed to be up to code on a fence in a yard with a pool . There were no complications with the instillation

Dan, the foreman and crew arrived on-time Wednesday morning to unload materials. Myself, Dan, and Brad (owner) walked the property and discussed installation in detail. They worked hard for three straight days keeping us updated on progress and our property clean at the end of each day. The finished product was better than we anticipated and the company was wonderful to work with.

Great! Brad came out 1st day & Dan and his crew took it from there. They even did a little extra for me by reshaping my garden bed so the new fence would fit around it.

Overall, Brad and his team did a wonderful job with my fence installation. The fence looks beautiful and was completed in the time period described. It was a long process to get to the fence installation - about 8 weeks total from the time I first called for an estimate. Two weeks from the first phone call until Brad was able to come out for the estimate. Then it took another two weeks and a few follow-up phone calls to get the estimate, which was much longer than the 24 hour turnaround I was originally quoted (which the owner has already apologized for). I was quoted an estimated 3-4 weeks for install, and the installation happened right at the 4 week mark. It was a very small team (2 guys) but they worked hard and took the time to talk with us when we had questions. A word of caution for people looking to get fences to secure pets - go as low as possible with the allowed clearance underneath the fence. I thought 3" would be low enough, but in some areas the 3" is really closer to 5" or 6" because of the terrain and my medium sized (55lb) dog has already been able to squeeze underneath. This doesn't have to do with the fence quality, but as far as the install goes in hindsight I would have requested a 1.5" or 2" clearance. We're going to purchase pavers this week in order to fill in the gaps underneath the fence.

The 2 men were on time, stayed on the job till it was finished, even in the pouring rain, reasonably priced.

The fence looks great! The installation team and office worked with us and communicated every step of the way. Quotes took a little long to get, but once they were received, everything went smoothly and as promised.

Brad and his team were very processional. Great customer service.

Exceptionally well.  Owner very easy to work with.  Crew very courteous & professional.  Yard was cleaned up & it looked like no one was here - no damage to lawn.
