"Thank you so much for your amazing review!"
"Thank you so much for your five star review! We greatly appreciate it!"
"We appreciate your honesty."
"It’s unfortunate one customer can be so dissatisfied to place blame on one company. Concrete does in fact crack over time. We work closely with homeowners however; also choose to not be treated disrespectfully. As for “fearing” our team, that’s uncalled for. And concrete CAN be poured in cold weather. However, we cannot control the weather. Homeowners also need to be responsible in their planning of projects. These photos don’t show any cracks and also do not reflect any of the claimed property damages. These photos are not of our employees."
