I would like to thank Frank Taylor and his crew for replacing my 3 car garage floor with a beautiful, flawless concrete floor. Prior to Frank Taylor i had a local concrete contractor "Ugo and Sons Custom Concrete" from Clinton PA. replace my original cracked garage floor which they did a terrible job and should be ashamed of their work. I had to call the local police to remove them from my property as they would not leave after i asked them to get off of my property. Frank and his crew came in and removed the botched job and put in a flawless, beautiful 3 car garage floor. Thanks again to Frank Taylor for the great job !

Frank and his crew were great! They removed our old steps and porch pad and put in larger concrete porch pad and steps...they are beautiful. The entrance to our home looks so nice! They were very professional and easy to work with. They came on the days and times promised and cleaned up after every step of the job. Would highly recommend Taylor's!

Very well. My existing driveway was protected. They excavated and removed old sod and topsoil, put in gravel and tamped well. The curb was installed first and rebar was tied into main slab. Main slab was poured at over 6", jointed and all was meticulously finished. Sealer was applied, and cleanup was completed. Frank will be back this summer to reseal the job. The new work is beautiful and I would recommend, cause these guys are professionals. They don't mess around.

We did not hire. We decided to use another contractor who uses steel wide supports rather than just the newer method that Taylor Concrete uses.

We had to consult concrete experts because, by June, 3½ months later, the concrete was spalling, pitting, cracking, and has a few puddles, one deeper than the rest. When we asked other contractors to come out, one would not even touch the garage and driveway because certain things needed to be removed, fixed, and/or re-poured. EVERY SINGLE SECOND OPINION COMPANY OWNER ASKED WHY TAYLOR’S CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTION WAS NOT RETURNING TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR US, THEIR CUSTOMERS. We told them that Taylor yelled, “Concrete cracks!” Taylor also busted two irrigation heads, wrecked some of our lawn, and never offered to pay some of the $1,000 irrigation and landscaping repair, paid to Tuma landscaping and Rain-Tec. He also busted a long pipe on the side of the garage, which cost us $750 to fix. Frank Taylor did come back with his 2 employees, told my husband and me that he would patch the spalling, but he would not tell us why the concrete was having so many issues. The patch work quickly crumbled, and we consider Frank Taylor a bully, a poor businessman, and a cantankerous man. He was rude and threatening in his angry presence. I felt uneasy to be alone with the team. We have never heard from Taylor again. We will have to pay a company we chose to some fix, seal, and redo some of the inferior job.
