"Thanks for the review"
"I wanted to take a little time and thank you for your review, Also we had talked about your patio and the issue's it could cause being sloped toward the foundation of the house. check out this web site. This is the leveling system I told you about. (A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation) I've never worked with this company so I cant refer them. It just so you are aware there is something you can do instead of replacing the slab."
"Thank you for the review"
"Thank you!"
"I'm very sorry, but I never received the phone call. I would have welcomed some interior work at this point of the year. Please feel free to call my cell phone at 724 312 7585 or the office at 724 378 2792. I will be more then happy to help you. I moved my office at the beginning of October and did have a few issue with Comcast and my phone service. If you called during this time that may have been the issue. I'm very sorry that we upset you. I completely understand. I know what it feels like to not get a return call from a business, and it is very frustrating. We do try to at the very least return calls even if we are to busy for addition projects. Again you have my apologizes and I'm sorry for the mix up."
"Thank you for the work!"

What stands out to you about this company?
The quality of their workmanship. Their cleanliness. They are just super easy to work with, follow up, everything. He's an all around great business owner.
At the end of the day, how did the overall job turn out for you?
It couldn't have been any better.
"Again thank you for the work. That was a huge project. I'm glad we got the opportunity to take it on."
"Wanted to thank you for hiring us a second time. I'm glad we could help."
"I want to thank you and your family for all the work. I just finished a job for you daughter [member name removed]. Also send my thanks to your sister I hope her storm doors are working well. [member name removed] is a good man I'm glad I got to meet him I cant thank him enough for the opportunity, and the trust he had to refer us to everybody."
"Thank you! I'm glad we were able to come close to quality of work your husband and son started. They did a great job."
"Your Welcome, and thank you for the work"
He arrived for the estimate exactly when he said he would arrive. He took his time to make sure he understood what I wanted and what was wrong with my roof. He couldn't pin-point the exact cause of my particular problem without dismantling a window, so he gave me a range for estimate. He explained all of the possible problems that he could find, how he would repair each possibility, and the cost of repair for each possibility. All of his estimates were reasonable, so I agreed to the work, which he completed two days later.
I was not home when he and his crew made the repairs, but my wife and mother were home at the time. They were very happy with his level of courtesy and professionalism. The work looks great, the leak is fixed, there are no more loose shingles on my house, and best of all, the cost was below his lowest estimate. He was going to throw in some gutter cleaning for me, but there were some pretty fierce winds that day, and parts of my house are 50 feet above the ground. The gutters weren't part of the estimate or contract, so I don't blame him for not trying to get them done on a windy day.
I will most definitely use Pearce again without hesitation.
"It was a pleasure meeting with you. Anytime I can help just give me a call. That gutter is scary high even for me. I would recommend a good gutter guard next time you get that cleaned. do not buy the stuff from lowes. Alcoa make a great product called Alcoa leaf relief. I would look I n to it."
"Wow! Thank you so very much for the great review. I will do my best to live up to this review. Again on behalf of me and the crew thank you!"
"thank you sir!"
"Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I'm glad you are happy with are work."
"THANK YOU!"
once the project got started they were very quick and diligent, arriving just after dawn to get started. Mr Pearce explained the work they were doing, and bringing up any issues he found while opening things up.
they had to replace a lot of roof boards due to the leak and lack of ventilation.
He made sure gutters were installed where they would do the most good, and made sure everything was calked, sealing all the openings the stink bugs had been using to get into the house.
Once everything was complete, he walked me through the job, making sure to answer any questions.
I would use them again
"THANK YOU! I'm glad you picked us over the others you interviewed. It was a pleasure doing business with you. We work very hard to keep up with current info and materials to make sure we provide honest and correct information for are customers. Its nice to know it pays off."
