Jason was prompt and professional. He investigated the area of the roof where the leaks were occurring and caulked some areas. He recommended some solutions, like heat tape, to try to prevent further problems. I asked him about a completely unrelated issue in my place with truss lift and he was nice enough to take a look at it and provide thoughts and ideas on the causes and potential solutions. I would definitely hire him for the work that we discussed when the time comes to complete them. I'd recommend him to anyone needing small or large remodeling work indoors or outdoors.

I would say it was a positive experience. The work seems copping up well. I like Jason the owner, he seemed like a straight shooter. He kept his promise in terms of holding to the estimate and also in terms of getting the work done. He had guys working on the job with him and they all seemed to be very personable. So it is hard to judge based on his putting up 80 to 100 ft of gutter but I would say that all in all it was good experience. Over all it was good work, it was solid and he kept his promises but I was not blown away by their work. They were not exceptional or I would say that they did not go above and beyond nor did he do anything less than what he said he was going to do. Price wise it was a little bit high compared to a couple of others that I had but I had a better feel for him. As for his punctuality, I had to follow up with him once.

This is the leveling system I told you about. (A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation) I've never worked with this company so I cant refer them. It just so you are aware there is something you can do instead of replacing the slab."

I was given a report on roof which was in good shape. They sealed a few areas and cleaned out the gutters and hammered in a few pins that were sticking out. Told me to check these after the spring thaw to make sure they were still good. I was very pleased with the way my service was handled and will definitely use them again.

I moved my office at the beginning of October and did have a few issue with Comcast and my phone service. If you called during this time that may have been the issue. I'm very sorry that we upset you. I completely understand. I know what it feels like to not get a return call from a business, and it is very frustrating. That was the one that got him the commercial roof job. It was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better. His professionalism, he responds, he calls you back. He has information, he is very knowledgeable about what he sells. The products that he uses, he knows a lot about them. Like I said, this one house in particular, the folks that live there are very particular and he, there wasn't a flower out of place or anything when he was done. It was clean, it was perfect. His crew are all courteous. Basically, they are reflecting a reflection of him to be honest with you. They are the same as him. They let you know what is going on.

Jason was professional and easy-going throughout the process. He initially recommended that I find a different contractor because he was behind in his work due to the winter weather. I had read a lot of good reviews for Pearce Remodeling here, so I told him that I was okay with waiting. He was worth the wait.
He arrived for the estimate exactly when he said he would arrive. He took his time to make sure he understood what I wanted and what was wrong with my roof. He couldn't pin-point the exact cause of my particular problem without dismantling a window, so he gave me a range for estimate. He explained all of the possible problems that he could find, how he would repair each possibility, and the cost of repair for each possibility. All of his estimates were reasonable, so I agreed to the work, which he completed two days later.
I was not home when he and his crew made the repairs, but my wife and mother were home at the time. They were very happy with his level of courtesy and professionalism. The work looks great, the leak is fixed, there are no more loose shingles on my house, and best of all, the cost was below his lowest estimate. He was going to throw in some gutter cleaning for me, but there were some pretty fierce winds that day, and parts of my house are 50 feet above the ground. The gutters weren't part of the estimate or contract, so I don't blame him for not trying to get them done on a windy day.
I will most definitely use Pearce again without hesitation.

Jason kept in contact with me after I signed the contract. He cautioned me to be patient, and since the job wasn't urgent, I was comfortable. When he started the job, he called to coordinate with me and checked the weather. Since it was the winter of 2013-2014 snow and cold preempted opportunities to start. Jason knew the capabilities of his team and once he started - he diligently and meticulously followed up from set up through putting their equipment back on the trucks. He is very knowledgeable and follows up on every conceivable item. When he uncovered mistakes in the original construction of the home, he addressed it and rectified the situation. His team was very courteous and competent. They were friendly as well and conscientious on their clean up as well as every aspect of the job. When Jason and his team installed one new sky light that opened with a remote, he made sure that it worked and we were comfortable with the setup and operation. He is honest and fair. His bill was exactly as he quoted despite having a number of above and beyond situations that less reputable roofers would ignore or charge more for. Even the supplier of materials commented to me that Jason is the only roofer he would trust with his own roof.

I interviewed several roofers in April, I felt most comfortable with Mr Pearce, he seemed like he would provide the best service for a decent price. I was delayed in starting the project for a few months, so there was quite a backlog of work before they could fit me in the schedule, due to the very hot weather.
once the project got started they were very quick and diligent, arriving just after dawn to get started. Mr Pearce explained the work they were doing, and bringing up any issues he found while opening things up.

He made sure gutters were installed where they would do the most good, and made sure everything was calked, sealing all the openings the stink bugs had been using to get into the house.
Once everything was complete, he walked me through the job, making sure to answer any questions.

Jason gave us a fair bid. (We contacted about 10 roofers.) Was easy to reach throughout the planning, work, and post work phases. Good crew. They showed up as scheduled. I was home throughout the three days. Friendly. They cleaned up the area extremely well. Could hardly tell that they were ever there after it was all finished. We are very satisfied with the end results.

Jason is a great guy and him and his crew worked thru the hottest weather of the year on my roof! Great job found Jason to be man of his word and felt comfortable and confident in ALL of his work. Would recomend him to friends and family. He was as worried about the end product as I was!!
