"We at the Chud Company are sorry to hear you went with another company. The proposal you had received was a good, better, best proposal. The price on the good was a little above what you paid to the contractor you hired. If you had came back to us we would've been happy to negotiate a better price to accomodate you in any way we can. We want your business and would do anything to earn that. We are known for superior service and quality workmanship. We are a NATE certified company with an A+ rating with the BBB. We have been in business for over 44 years. We must be doing something right. I'm sure you've heard the saying before "you get what you pay for" Good Luck in the future!"
"[member name removed], You had an unsafe operating condition within your boiler. There was no record of maintenance on your boiler that was 23 years old. To check CO on an old boiler is a MUST. We do not want to leave your family in any danger as to which we had you sign a carbon monoxide waiver form to allow you to keep your boiler operational if you wanted to. That is not a scare tactic. It is a safety procedure to protect you and your family. We are sorry you took it that way but with annual preventive maintenances this issue could've been well avoided. Due to lack of maintenance that is why you had so many issues with your boiler system along with the water logged expantion tank. Good thing we took a CO reading and now you can rest easy without any worries."
