Wholesale Stone Veneer

I placed an order on February 16, 2018 for 105 square feet of stone veneer in. Tried to place the order through their website wholesalestoneveneer.com but it did not go through so I had to call in my order. Over the phone the representative took my order for 105 square feet of veneer stone and charged me a 30% deposit which came to $174.09. She told me they would email my invoice and that the order would take 6 business days to ship and I would be charged the balance upon shipment. The next week I called to get an update on my order shipment and they referred to the invoice which said the order wouldn't ship until March 16th. Well, I complained of never having received the invoice and that I was previously told when I placed the order that it would only take 6 business days to ship out. I verified the email address and waited for a copy of the invoice. Nothing came through. I called back and tried a different email address. Still nothing. I called back a third time and still no invoice. They didn't even bother to send a hard copy through the mail. The price was the best I had found so I was trying to give them a chance before cancelling. In frustration, I called back seeking to cancel and the response was - only the manager can cancel orders but the manager is not in right now. I called back a few hours later, still no manger was present to accept my cancellation. I called again the next day and that is when the rep rudely said, "I am familiar with your case, you want to cancel and are waiting on the manager to call you back but you should know, you will not get any refund. There is a 30% restocking fee which is the same as the deposit you previously made so even if you cancel you won't get your money back." Well, this was the first I was told of any restocking fee which is a fraud by the way because how can the company incur fees for having to restock something that never left their facility. It was never shipped out to me, so there is nothing to restock. The red flags of a scam started to go up and I did some research. Apparently the company has changed their name multiple times and/or is using aliases to avoid negative reviews. When I tried to order online, the email that came to me saying the order did not go through came from stonecreekveneer@yahoo.com not from wholesalestoneveneer. And the telephone number for Stone Creek Veneer and Pavers is the same as Country Hearth and Veneer. The debit in my bank records of the deposit fee appears as Country Hearth & Veneer. I believe all three companies to be one in the same but using different names to deceive consumers. Stay away from all three. Any savings in the price is outweighed by the horrible customer service. And I am still trying to get my deposit back from them. Now I have to go order my stone from someone else so there will be no savings at all. And my fireplace is the only thing not finished in by bedroom remodel. I'll have to have my contractor come back out to finish the job when I finally resolve this stone issue.
