Malone Construction Co Inc

First of all when I received the contract the fine print stated no warranty... I stated to Joe  Malone that this was a game changer and the deal is dead thus at that time he changed it to a 1 year warranty.
BEWARE.....
in late June  and early July of this year it rained and rained  and one day I walk down in the basement when it was raining and I saw a small water fall coming from the area where the poach was attached. which should have been sealed...
I tried to call his office at 712-443-6662 and the voice mail said that if this was a bid call ***-***-****... i called this number and left voice mail at both numbers... Needless to say no one returned my call..
I then logged a complaint with the BBB of Pittsburgh and then I received a call asking what was wrong...
I stated what happened and how it could be reproduce  and Joe Malone came and caulked and caulked and even took off the clap boards and said to test it in the AM and I did and it still leaked. He returned and scratched his head and did more caulking and the next  day it leaked again.. the third time he came he stated that the area wasn't seal was under the threshold of the door.. he wanted to cut out the threshold and when asked who is going to resolve the threshold he said that the leak would be repaired and that is all he was concerned about
bottom line is that He contracted to replace 2 concrete slabs and that they would be water tight so that they will not leak. one does and no resolve.

the clapboard is attached to the house with silicone
forgot when he was trying to seal the areas underneath the threshold he left silicone on the cement and now there is a stain he tried to removed it but when the slab gets wet it look like baby %$##..
now his comment was not to spray water under the threshold and he also stated that no one else ever complained of this problem or maybe they have this problem but just don't know it
Question how to you tell mother nature not to rain on the porch because this was when I first saw it??
Do people wash off their porches????
furthermore he reattached the the clap board and instead of nailing it he stuck it on with
silicone and now its appears to be falling off
BEWARE   of this contractor what he states he can do and what he does is two different stories. Poor workmanship

Provider arrive and began the job immediately and provided recommendations on what had to be done to correct the situation.

The owner, his son and brother worked diligently the entire time to get the job done in a timely manner. They removed all debris and cleaned up after the project was completed.
