I understand that not closing on time can be frustrating and a common pain, but the unprofessionalism towards other agents that we have had for a long time was unacceptable to me as well as needing to provide duplicate information. I only gave the price a C because we could have gotten a better interest rate with our advisor and didn't know that before we started the process.
Description of Work: When we first went and started going through the process of finding out what we could be approved for it was fine. Our first problem we had was the information that the underwriters wanted. They wanted documentation of certain investments that didn't exist. Once we got through that, we had problems with our mortgage agent and closing. He wanted certain information from our auto insurance agent who I had been with since I was 15 and my parents had his father; a very long good relationship. Our car insurance agent was having issues getting him the information a way he wasn't use to doing, and our mortgage agent called us and suggested that we switch agents so we could get the deal through. We found that to be very unprofessional and added to the stress of already closing later than expected. Towards the end of the process we also were asked to communicate with the agents assistant which would have been fine, except that we got the same emails from both of them regarding the same thing and having to replicate information just made me feel like they did not have good organization or communication.

 + -1 moreThe transaction was difficult and that interest rate increased between the time when we first spoke and when we spoke second, but they did do what they could to try to make it both. They don't control interest rates. I would use them again.
