I understand that not closing on time can be frustrating and a common pain, but the unprofessionalism towards other agents that we have had for a long time was unacceptable to me as well as needing to provide duplicate information.
I only gave the price a C because we could have gotten a better interest rate with our advisor and didn't know that before we started the process.

The transaction was difficult and that interest rate increased between the time when we first spoke and when we spoke second, but they did do what they could to try to make it both. They don't control interest rates. I would use them again.
