They quickly caught a mole. But we continued to have issues. It took them a bit to come back but when they did they reset the traps in new places. Now it's been a few weeks, the traps have not caught anything, our yard has been completely destroyed by Noles and I've gotten no return call after leaving multiple messages.

After the initial visit, Bob was hard to get a hold of. He did not return calls or provide updates. He caught one mole in the garden and moved the trap to the lawn after a call telling him the moles had moved. He did not follow up after setting the trap in the yard. There were several additional mounds, an extremely frustrated husband and Bob was no where to be found. We ended up setting our own store bought traps and caught the mole ourselves.
