Have not hired yet - but planned to - they were prompt at getting out and giving a estimate on the work needed.

Showed up on time and did a nice job replacing our front window glass.

I needed a broken window replaced. The company sent a rep out to estimate the job and they returned the next week to replace the window. They were polite, efficient, and the price was lower than one estimate and about the same as a third esimate. I would recommend them.

Everything went really quickly and smoothly. I filled out my information on ServiceMagic.com and within 10 minutes Clear Window Restorations, Inc contacted me to set up an appointment for an estimate. I met them the very next day at lunch, Friday. The quote was emailed to me Friday afternoon and an appointment was set up for 8:30am Monday. My only complaint was that they were late due to picking up the glass that morning. I understand, just wish they had contacted me to let me know, rather than me calling them at 9am.

These guys are top notch...Never heard from the other two.

I was replacing one broken window. I would go back to them.

The contractor quoted a an addition cost because they said an extension ladder would have to be used. The installer was able to change out the window without using the ladder but said I would not be refunded the additional cost.
