In April tenant reported bathtub not draining & problem with toilet. Pro Drain plumber cleared tub drain caused by hair & soap scum build-up, but said he had flushed toilet and it seemed to be OK. Tenant had advised it clogged often when flushing BM's. Plumber said it could be caused by old toilet. Tenant phoned 2 days later to report toilet waste was backing up into tub. I phoned Pro Drain office & authorized a new toilet, but plumber decided before taking that step he would try clearing the main line... & that seems to be working. There had been tub drainage problems previously in Dec 2014 & March 2015 attributed to same problem by ProDrain. They advise if there are future problems an inspection with camera is recommended. I wish this suggestion had been made earlier. I regret cautioning tenants regarding 'hair & soap scum', providing them with new tub strainer, etc. when it now appears they have not been at fault. Tenants 11 yr old son was acting as interpreter so perhaps there was some miscommunication, but it's been an expensive experience. I have used Pro Drain in both my own home & rentals for a number of years, & I've been pleased that they have adequate staff to respond quickly...and emergency service on weekends & holidays

George was the technician who came out to my home.  He was very professional and knowledgeable. 
He was able to removed massive amounts of root matter that had infiltrated the rain drain causing the backup to the crawl space. George then located the problem area and marked it for future repair.  I was fully satisfied with the service. I would recommend them for sure.....
