I took my vehicle up to them sometime in late winter, early spring to do some warranty work. All the service writers at the service desk are extremely knowledgeable. They are courteous and they absolutely want to help. Even though they are the only game in town they are absolutely honest. They know what they are talking about and if you follow their recommendations you should have no problems what so ever. We had to drive up there but they actually took us in right away and we actually needed a ride and they gave us a ride and picked us up. They were very nice.
