Exterior Painting
First we appreciated that he was willing and happy to brush and roll because we found other painters are not interested. (A large painting company in town told us they brush and roll and it was in the contract but upon arrival painters came prepared to spray, once.)
Mr. Cloud's bid was quite fair for the nature of the work and it was less than a bid from College Pro. We needed to have brush and roll because we still have LP siding....the paint needs to be brushed into the edges.
Excellent quality of work. Careful attention to detail. Left the work site neat. A pleasure to deal with.
