The lead contractor was very nice and informative, never pushy or impatient. Whenever we talked he made sure to give me time and not make me feel rushed. The workers were very good about keeping the house clean and didn't leave messes behind. However, I had some concerns about the way the windows were installed, they did not put any moisture barrier under the window.
After talking to the contractor, he explained the options for installing, which I looked through the manufacturer's directions and found that he did install them according to the "minimum" installation option. So my windows are covered under warranty as far as how they were installed. But, when we had the siding done, the contractors that removed the old siding unscrewed the base of all the windows in order to put a moisture barrier under them, something they said should have been very standard procedure, and was recommended by the siding company (a very commonly used siding). I appreciated that they went out of their way to do it, but they made it clear to me that it cost them extra time because it was something the window contractor should have done. 
Basically, they did the job. But it felt like they just did the minimum and didn't make it a quality installation. I guess I got what I paid for - they were great to work with and very nice, great price - but I would rather pay a little more to get a higher quality job done.
