Scheduling measurements & install was not very flexible. Actual demolition Fad & install went well. Both were on time, teams did a good job & wound up very well when finished. Had to return once to smooth out an uneven seam.

Crowley's is THE place to go for granite or Quartz counter top installation!  We received the estimate in a timely manner and scheduled the work within five weeks.
Crowley's gave us a list of granite distributors to chose from.  We went to EleMar in Tualitin.  Great selection and stellar customer service.  Once we selected the slabs, we contacted Crowley's and they took it from there.  They came to measure for the templates on 4/15/15, we met at the shop that afternoon to do the layout on the slabs and they installed the granite on 4/23/15.  All went off without a hitch!  The installers did a phenomenal job.  We have two seams.  They are very smooth and one of the seams is not visible at all!  We went with the Dupont 15-year sealer.  Not sure this is worth it or not, but we wanted piece of mind.
We had a great experience and found everyone at Crowley's to be very professional and courteous.  The company runs like a well-oiled machine!

This was the most satisfactory experience I've had with a contractor and I've used many. From the first meeting with Vern, working with Nathan doing digital measurements, laying out the templates, to Brian and the crew installing it was a real pleasure. They even called to let us know that the granite we picked out, which was a new product, had been a problem on their first install (flaky) so we had time to go back and pick out another one which was very similar and we are very happy with it.
We had three bids, and all were very close. However, Crowleys were the most professional, and had the best machinery to cut and shape the granite of all three. We chose the Ogee finish on the island and it sets it off perfectly and we had it cut with rounded ends to match our dining room table. Awesome job guys - it this granite wears out I'll be calling you for a new one - lol.

I really wish I could post a picture of the difference in our house. The countertops were atrocious in this home and I hated coming home to it every day. We chose to do all of the removal of the countertops and fixtures and the plumbing ourselves, so our bill ended up being less expensive than it could have been. From the moment I met with the company to the moment the finished the installation I was impressed. They were respectful of my budget and my choices, they gave great recommendations for companies to buy the granite from, and they gave us every option and they had. Every person we met there was warm and friendly and the granite has been perfect.

This company is professional and talented. Vern came out and explained the process and measured my kitchen. Once I shopped around and picked out my granite slabs, Nathan came out and digitally measured the kitchen and bathroom to make the template to lay over the granite. Then I went to their shop and helped lay the templates over the designs in my granite. I loved that I could be involved in my kitchen pattern flow selection. There I met Wes who may be Crowley's most hidden talent. He was fabulous in helping lay out the templates. He was patient, gave suggestions and basically guided us to what ended up the perfect flow in the kitchen. If you are not interested in being part of the template process, don't be concerned because Wes will lay it out perfectly for you. The following week the demo and install crew arrived headed by Brian. Brian is very down to earth. Kept his calm and made everything go smoothly. He knows exactly what needs to be done for prep and install. His crew was great. The company can figure out any situation. My home has many stairs. They told me they had to haul the granite in with a crane and they did it without a hitch. The neighbors enjoyed entertainment on a Tuesday afternoon as the granite was lowered through the front door by a giant crane. The owner, Aron Crowley, was here to supervise. The instillation went very smoothly. They also installed a bathroom countertop and sink at 50% off installation. Great deal. The install looks wonderful. The seams are the best I have ever seen with almost perfect matches to the patterns. You have to point out a seam to find it. I cant say enough about this great company. This was a fun enjoyable experience. If you are getting granite countertops, this is the company to use. I love my new kitchen. Thanks to everyone at Crowleys.

Crowley's set our expectations of delivery and service up front.  They delivered when they promised and called us the day of delivery to set the time when they would be there.  They arrived on time.

If I have to build a dream team then Crowley Granite is my first choice. I could not believe how responsive and accommodative staff is. We had so many changes throughout the project but they were very patient and accommodative of our requests. The end result is flawless and amazing.

This was one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Randi in the sales office explained to us the differences in materials and helped us pick out theperfect pattern, even to the point of sending me to other warehouses to look at materials. When asked, she offered an opinion on the quartz we chose and explained why that one would work better in our kitchen than another. (She was absolutely right.) Their bid came in almost $2,000 less than the others. They provided me with a list of what to do to prepare for the measuring and installation so we knew exactly what to expect. My contractor really appreciated that, too. Their scheduler, Leta, was always pleasant, courteous and helpful. In fact, everyone we worked with at Crowley's was friendly and personable.
Leta set up appointments and the men arrived in a timely manner all three times. During the first appointment, for measuring, Nathan Crowley explained to me a feature that I really wanted but didn't know was available (quartz on the windowsill). Their installation crew, led by Brian, did a fabulous job (you wouldn't know the seam was there!). They crew was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterward.
We got a bid from this company because of its high standing on Anglie's List and because of the reasonable price. We had a lot of quartz put in and it looks absolutely stunning. We are very glad we went to Crowley's, even though they are clear across town. Well worth the trip!

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Highly rated on Angie's List, I was given a $500 discount on my bid without even asking about their coupon. It took about a month from the time I had my bid until the work was completed, mostly because of my time constraints.
The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and kept me informed of changes in schedule.
Meeting at the shop to template the counters was easy, even though I was not looking forward to driving to Tualatin. Nathan was patient and understood right away what I wanted to capture in the 2 slabs I had.
I was really impressed with the fact that the existing counter were demo'ed and replaced the very same day, which left me without a kitchen for only 24hours! The finished result is stunning, the workmanship is beautiful and they were able to keep a 12 ft counter piece in one piece (I was told they might have to cut it)!
The crew called me with updates before they left the house, very friendly and professional, they left the house spotless.
I would also highly recommend using the plumber (The Plumber Inc.) they contract with for disconnecting and reconnecting sinks and faucet etc. It was well worth it.

We were referred to Crowley's by our cabinet paint contractor.  We had not received any bids for the counter top replacement.  Right after our initial meeting we were taken to one of their granite suppliers to get an idea of what was available.  We were originally going with quartz but changed to granite.  We were so impressed with everyone at Crowley's we did not plan to get any other bids.  Preliminary measurements were taken and a preliminary bid was proposed based on average medium priced granite and we were aware that it could go up or down depending on the price of granite chosen. We settled on the granite we wanted, which was a lower price and also decided to include a kitchen sink and faucet package they suggested.  After further discussion and realizing the cost savings of installing counter tops in our master and guest baths  we added this to the project along with four sinks.  The tear out was on a Thursday and install on Friday.  They were able to work with the plumbing company (referred to by Crowley's) that was to do the hook ups on Saturday, but had to modify the vent piping to the outside and relocate the gas line for the new cook top and pop-up vent on Friday.  This worked out good because the two contractors have worked together before and Crowley's was able to start with the bathroom installations.  We are extremely pleased with the countertops, installation and timeliness.  Over all this was a very good experience.

The Crowley family team is amazing. From estimate, to measurement, to demolition and finally installation of new countertops, communications and installers are pleasant, clear and professional every step of the way.  Their state-of-the-art computer driven milling and machining facility is amazing, the precision of our finished counters was spot-on to the millimeter.  The skill and experience of the team really shines during installation.  I challenge guests to find a seam in the long, L-shaped composite quartz sink-top counter, there are two and they're both invisible.  They completed demo, install, cleanup and finishing work in three days, as promised.  Oh, but there's more!  They have relationships with other businesses they trust and recommend, including plumbers to remove and re-install sinks, faucets, stovetop and blower vent.  They helped us orchestrate all the pieces, and the result is spectacular.  We're thrilled, and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.
One thing to watch for - you get what you pay for, they are competitive but not cheap.  I solicited 3 bids from Angies companies, two were cheaper than Crowley and upon examination of measurements, Crowley rebid at a competitive price.  Yes, still a little higher, but well worth it!  Second thing to look for - how Crowley handles unused granite left over from your job.  You can only buy granite in full sheets, some is likely to be left over.  Crowleys will deliver and leave it, or you can release it to them.  In our case, there was a full half-sheet of spectacular Polar Blue left unused.  You're not likely (as we weren't) to want a half-ton slab of granite stored in your garage, leaving little alternative.  Our half-slab was purchased from Crowley by someone else within a week.
However, Crowley gives you pick of their leftover stock from other jobs. If you have another job (another bathroom vanity? Bar? Coffee table?), they'll do the work with no charge added for the granite!  The did our half-bath vanity in a beautiful Pegasus granite from another job.    They promised to contact us when a reminant appears in the right colors for our bathroom, we'll have them back in a jiffy for that job.

Template fabricator arrived as scheduled and performed measurement with exceptional professionalism.  Installers were on time polite and efficient in their work.  The one seam was sealed perfectly as we could not detect where it is.
