We chose him among several contractors mostly because he was the most responsive and the one caring the most about our project. Steve clearly stood out from the others and we have not been disappointed. We had some disagreement with the plumber and Steve took care of it very professionally. We were on a very limited budget for the project and Steve worked the schedule with us (and gave us good advices) so that we could do part of the job (e.g., tiling). Steve is extremely trustworthy and we will definitely re-use his service,
