Vincent was running ahead of schedule and called to move up our appointment. I had two bathroom mirrors to be removed. I knew that one was glued to the wall so I assumed they both were and did not feel comfortable doing the work myself. Vincent had the first mirror popped off in seconds, with minimal damage to the drywall. It turned out that the second was not glued and only needed to be unscrewed. I did not want to keep the mirrors and he disposed them for me. He had quoted me $65 over the phone but only charged me $35 since the job was so quick. I will absolutely call Tualatin Valley Glass again if I have a need for their services.

Tualatin Valley Glass. Vincent Cartales did an excellent job installing five tempered glass windows (size 26" x 67") in my living room. I truly appeciate the attention to detail, leaving my wood moulding in great condition. I am extremely pleased with the result and would definitely recommend this company.

Vincent of Tualatin Valley Glass is very easy to work with. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He measured the area for the mirror. It was not an easy mirror order, because it required three cutouts to allow for light fixtures. Vincent has an eye for detail and had to make minute adjustments to the edges of the mirror due to bumps and lumps in the wall.

It took about two weeks for the mirror to come in, and Vincent kept me posted as to when the mirror would be ready. Install was done quickly and without any mess--about a half an hour. It was a great experience and I would hire him again in a minute.

On my initial call Vincent answered and we set an appointment. Vincent arrived on time measured the windows and provided a work order with description and cost. Vincent contacted me when the windows were ready and we set an install date. Vincent and a helper arrived on time and installed the windows. I’m extremely satisfied with their work, they were very careful to clean-up. They took the time to tune-up the slides on the windows so the open and close a lot easier. I like to support and work with the owners of small businesses. I will use them in the future!!

Phone calls were returned a day later than promised. Came upstairs to inspect the window after he was done and saw the window sill had been pushed down. He admitted he had sat on the sill. The nails had popped up and the sill had pulled away from the other trim on the side. I asked for him to repair it. We argued about it for a good five minutes. He told me it was the house settling. The sill did not look like that before he sat on it. He told me it was dry rot and if I walked around the house and looked at my other sills they would all move easily as this one. That is not true. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I finally put my foot down that I wanted him to repair what he damaged. He finally went out to his truck to look for white caulking and he repaired the sill. It took him less time to repair it than it took to argue with me about it.

Larry was awesome to work with. He had appointments for the initial consultation available in a reasonable time frame. We had a basic idea of the design we wanted and he was able to add to and amplify our ideas. His enthusiasm and joy for this creative project were delightful, and made him a real pleasure to work with. You can tell he's a man who loves his work. The execution of the design was magnificent and he was also willing to recommend contractors to do the actual door install. We already had someone lined up, but it was nice to know there were respectable options if that fell through. This project was a vision of my husband's and Larry made it into reality for him. We couldn't be more thrilled.

I called and talked to Vincent over the phone, explaining in detail what I needed done. I had a built-in bathroom cabinet with an old mirror that was very cloudy and needed to be replaced by removing the wood trim behind it and installing a new mirror. Also, the basement door had plywood over a spot that should have been glass. Vincent told me the cost would be approximately $150 and scheduled a time to come out the next day to take a look at the job. He was very punctual, communicative, and professional. He told me that because the basement door was an outside door, code required it to be tempered glass, which had to be ordered. I was on a time constraint, and Vincent told me he would call to let me know what his providers said scheduling-wise to let me know if it would meet my tight schedule. He made it work, showed up right on time, and completed the job beautifully. Everything came out great and was exactly how he bid the job. If I have any glass work done in the future, I will call Vincent!

I called TV glass for a quote on replacing the fogged up glass. Vincent came out and gave the quote. We was very nice on teh phone and punctual and professional during his visit. We discussed why that glass door was fogged. It was the moving side of a slider patio door. The other side had no problems. He seemed very knowledgable about the work. I called another vendor, glass people for a quote. Victor's quote was less and it also came with a longer warranty. So i called victor again and scheduled for the glass door replacement. He came on time, did the work in about 2 hours, cleaned up after the job and even gave us 5% discount for Angiles List. It was a job well done!

I needed to replace a patio table glass top, which had shattered. I obtained two estimates from companies who could supply and install the glass. The one company suggested that I try to buy a table alone, since the glass replacement would have been very costly. My search of the Internet was not successful to find only a table. Vincent, from Tualatin Valley Glass also gave me an estimate. However, he suggested alternatives (buy a table) and offered to researvh it for me. It is very difficult to buy a table without the chairs. Most patio furniture is only sold in sets. Vincent found a retailer, Ludeman's, that had individual tables for sale, and he gave me a contact person's name, Adrianne. Adrianne gave suggestions regarding glass top v.metal. She was supportive whatever I decided. However, she gave me information, which allowed me to make a sound decision for my needs. This intervention was beyond Vincent's role, and was very much appreciated!! If I have a need for glass intervention, there is no doubt that I will go to Tualatin Velley Glass. I will also sing their praises to others. Thank you, Angie's list!!

We recently purchased 2 hand made pieces of dining furniture - a dining table and buffet - which we wanted to protect from the dents and dings of daily use and 2 kids. We looked up TVG on Angie's list and gave them a call. They came out within 1 week, took very precise measurements, and then delivered the pieces and installed them for us. Work was professional, courteous, and very reasonable. Vincent was a gentleman and very punctual, professional, and clean. He came out to the house TWICE to confirm the measurements were correct before installing the pieces.

Easy to arrange the appointment. He called to let me know he would be late (which was only 15 minutes late). He knew exactly what he was doing and knew about our historic (old) windows. He removed the broken window, replaced the glass (including needing to use glass putty) and replaced the window. You can't even tell it was redone. He was very careful about removing the molding piece to free the window and in replacing the molding piece. Excellent work and very professional and careful.

We called in our measurements on Tuesday and picked up our glass on Friday. Vincent was great to work with and called back with a quote within minutes of first speaking with him. He does close the shop when he's out on service calls, but he made is easy for us to schedule a time to meet him at the shop to pickup the glass.

Vincent did a fantastic job! We weren't sure how this would work given that the window is on a 1950's era house and not, by any means, standard issue. But the end result was GREAT - you cannot tell that the panes have been replaced! He also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. Would highly recommend this company!

Vincent arrived at the designated time, removed the broken mirror and cleaned the area. He took measurements again and told me the estimate had not changed and that he would deliver and install the new mirror in a few days. A couple days later he called to inform me the mirror was ready and we set up a time for him to install it. He could not make it in time and so he called to reschedule. He arrived and installed the mirror in half an hour. I was pleased with his work and his helpful suggestions. He even suggested how I could have the door of the armoire close better (it does not close properly). I was very satisfied.

I shopped around a lot for the windows and their prices were the lowest and most reasonable. They did a very good job. The windows were of older style so it wasn t something that anyone would do but they did. The staff was congenial and efficient.

We got a quote from Tualatin Glass because of Angie's List. The quote was quite reasonable and the service was quick - a few days. He even took the glass to our auto and helped to pack it safely. Rick and Linda
