BROADWAY FURNITURE

The quality of furniture is excellent, the sales people are knowledgeable and pleasant. We’ve ordered two bedroom sets from Broadway Furniture. The first was a beautifully made set of very high quality made in the USA. The shipment was delayed due to the hurricanes on the east coast ( the manufacture company was on the east coast). A year later we ordered a second bedroom set. Again, made in the USA and very high quality. The delivery was delayed because of the China virus. The owner called and compensates for delayed delivery even though it was not Broadway’s fault. I believe in supporting local business and will continue to use Broadway Furniture in the future.

We special ordered furniture and was told it would take 4-6 weeks.  After 7 weeks, no one called to give us an update.  We called them repeatedly and left messages for our salesman to call us back (about 10-12 times) with no phone call back, ever.  After getting very angry on around week 8, I was finally provided an update (that was wrong).  The furniture took over 2 months to get.  The owner wasn't too worried about losing us as a customer.  They have a nice (big) furniture selection, but if you have to special order anything, don't expect any sort of customer service or timely delivery.  For the selection, I would go back but only if I can purchase an item in-stock.  Bad experience, nice furniture.

Rob, the owner, made us feel very comfortable with this purchase and gave us very reasonable and competitive prices. The items were delivered, assembled and installed by a very competent crew. We couldn't have been more pleased with both the products and the service. We'll definitely shop there again and refer our friends.

Pros: I was able to mix and match furniture pieces. There were many fabric samples to choose from and no additional cost for high-end fabrics. Additionally, their prices were very reasonable. Cons: They originally told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery of the furniture, it actually took 11 weeks for the furniture to be received. Every time I called to inquire - I was put off and the sales person was very rude whenever I'd call.
