Overall the project went very well -- due to adding a coil for the AC a slight change to the duct work was required and Able took the time to assess the situation (including a visit to the site by the owner) to ensure the modifications were 'done correctly' and not just to get the job completed. They also managed the electrical panel portion of the job and I was pleased with the electrical services. In the end I felt very confident that I had chosen the right firm for the job. The installation and inspection staff was very professional. The office staff was helpful in answering the various questions about the system and estimates prior to beginning the job.

The service techs that come out are knowledgeable, and they know what they are doing. They didn't create a mess, so there wasn't a whole lot to clean up.

Great! Kelly from Able Heating and Cooling came out and analyzed our needs, both budget and efficiency for our home and gave us 3 primary quotes for a new system. He explained each option and what rebates and tax credits applied to each one. He fully explained the installation process and financing options. After comparing with other quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Able and scheduled installation very quickly, even with bad weather issues. The installation was done professionally and to our satisfaction and our new furnace is working well and saving us money on our gas bills. The entire experience was painless and the Able team was great to work with from the very first contact to the final follow up visit and inspections! It's rare to have such a great overall experience like this. They have earned their high ratings!

They were very responsive. I called in the morn ing and they were out in the early afternoon. It was only $88.00 which is pretty cheap. He was very nice and insisted on showing us how and what he was doing. He also showed me how I could clean it o ut myself if it ever happens in the future. I was very pleased

Our TRANE furnace was 25 years old and had a cracked heat exchanger and some rusted burners and needed replacing. We had bids from several companies and decided on Able Heating & Cooling. Kelly, the owner of Able Heating and Cooling, personally came out and gave us a bid on a new TRANE high efficiency furnace. He was fantastic to work with. He fully outlined and explained exactly what we needed, provided several options and didn't try to over sell us. He explained that Able Heating & Cooling is a customer service oriented company and how important it was that their customers happy. We did not have to put any money down for the furnace or installation and we were to use the furnace for several weeks. They wanted us 100% satisfied with the furnace and the installation, before they would collect payment. Kelly also got us rebates from TRANE and residential tax credits for our income tax. Able Heating & Cooling always called to confirm any appointments and then arrived on time. Their communication was excellent. Installation was performed as scheduled. There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues from the installation that we told Kelly about several days after the furnace was installed. Kelly sent his installation team back out and they took care of the cosmetic issues. Kelly personally came back out to make the final inspection. We are 100% pleased with our new furnace and the outstanding customer service we've received. We will definitely use Able Heating and Cooling again when we need any type of HVAC services. ps. Several months later, we had a skunk sneak into our garage, and you guessed it. It sprayed close to our furnace. Uggh! We called Able Heating & Cooling to ask about what we could do since the entire house smelled so bad. They were amazing! They came out the very same day and installed an Air Scrubber unit. Not only did it help with getting rid of the skunk smell much sooner, it's also helping eliminate other airborne pollutants.

He did a great job. He was so punctual and he got it done. He spent a lot of time trying to get it in and so I would give him a very high grade. I would absolutely use him again. He had to work quite a bit to get the fan in place and he was very patient with it. He probably had to spend a little more time than he needed to but he did get it done. He was very good. This was my first experience with them and I would come back to them again.

They are an outstanding company and did an outstanding job. I got different bids from different people, and I choose them mainly because of the write up's they got on Angie's List. They came out and did a one year free check up on it. They replaced an item that I didn't know was faulty.

I was able to get an appointment really quickly which was wonderful since the heat was off. The office staff was knowledgable and kind. Our service tech Armando, showed up on time and worked really hard for us. He did a good job explaining the problem and addressing my concerns. Having the furnace quit working is like getting a speeding ticket... you think, oh no, I can't afford this... I don't have time for this..., but I have no choice, I gotta take of this. Able made the whole process about as painless as it possibly could have been. Thanks so much!

Went well. I was able to select a high efficiency gas furnace in my budget. I wasn't pressured into more options and a more expensive unit and they worked with me on the price. The quality of the install was first class with great attention to detail. I didn't have to pay anything until after a week of the install and use to make sure I was happy with how everything was working. The size of the furnace for our house seems perfect and is keeping us warm with a lower gas bill.

Great service, one phone call and they were on the way house. Quick and very friendly. Able Heating & Cooling will be the first number I call whenever I need any future HVAC service.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. I paid for $88 for my inspection and $350 for my drain pan to be replaced. I was happy with them.

Made several calls, but Able was able (npi) to work us into the schedule in the morning. A good thing, as the interior temperature was already down to 50 degrees. Scheduler was very helpful and courteous - made suggestions as to easy fixes we could try ourselves in the meantime. Was very clear about what to expect for costs as well. We were called shortly after that to let us know that Nick would be arriving - which he did right on schedule. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed part, and discussed briefly a couple of options to consider in working with an older furnace like ours. He was efficient, professional and a nice man to boot. Highly recommended. Here's hoping for a nice Holiday bonus for Nick :)

It went really well. I actually purchased the wrong deal on Angies List for my oil furnace, and everyone at the office was very cooperative in helping me get that deal refunded and switched over to what I needed. The technician showed up on time, worked very quickly, was professional, left the place clean and spotless. I will definitely use again!

I called Able Heating & Cooling LLC on a Friday evening and someone picked up right away. I let them know the issue and they said they could have someone over in 30 minutes to fix our furnace! I was so happy because we really didn't want to spend the weekend shivering. Kelly arrived and was able diagnose that we needed a new switch board. Luckily he had one with him that would work for our model. We appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and quality of work. He even took the time to answer all our questions and provide us with recommendations on how to make everything run more efficiently. The price was about what we would have to pay to get a new switch board and we used Angie's service call coupon to help with the overall cost. We would definitely have Kelly back again for any heating issues we may have in the future!

Armando is very customer friendly and knows what he is doing. I will Ask for him again and highly recommend this person and this company.

The "tune-up" was completed on time, on budget. I elected to perform the repair work myself to reduce costs.
