Roof was inspected and a five year warranty was give for the condition of the roof. Selling house, this gives the buyer a warranty on the roof, this helps both the seller & the buyer the house.

Cashed the check fast, takes forever to send the home inspection report even though I paid extra for a one day report. After calling Leo he found the report and emailed it to me. His interpretation of the lab report unclear. Leo may do a great job at Mold Remediation but as a third party inspector he just wants to sell you more work.
