Since 1974, John's Waterproofing has been helping the PNW have dry and healthy homes. We specialize in below-grade waterproofing for crawlspaces and basements. In addition to this we also provide radon testing and mitigation, and humidity and mold control. We are proud to offer the best in the industry solutions to your homes waterproofing needs. Services we don't offer
We do not put fiberglass insulation in crawlspaces. Science shows that fiberglass that is open to the elements, such as in a crawlspace, absorbs the water, causing it to hold moisture against the wood, leading to mold and mildew. We will not install this as it causes home integrity issues in the long run.

He never showed!
I was frustrated that this company couldn't commit to a day and time that we set 1 month in advance. At 8pm in the evening, I got a call from the tech and he never apologized for not arriving. He put the blame on me, stating that I didn't call him earlier in the day to reschedule. I thought this was very unprofessional.
Overall, I had a poor first impression with this company.
