West Coast Tub Repair

Ryan came out to look at it to see if it needed reglazing. I had seen small cracks that I was afaid were structural. Ryan said that the small cracks were just age and that I hadnt seen them before because of the tan color. All he needed to do was to make my tub look brand new was to sand and polish just the very top layer! It's beautiful again!. In addition, I asked him to fix the mineral deposit on the low spot of my shower floor. It looks new too! All for $223!! I was expecting much more! Ryan never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I am so grateful!

Ryan and team were professional, punctual, scheduled promptly and did a nice repairing the hole in my shower and the price was right as well.  You can't even tell there was a hole.  Nice work!

Ryan came to us through the shower manufacturer. This was a warranty job and was paid for by the manufacturer. We don't have access to the exact charge, thus the $1 amount in the cost field. The bottom of the shower was spongy and not properly supported. The and quot;fixand quot; involved drilling holes in the bottom, squirting expanding foam under the floor, putting a couple layers of fiberglass fabric over the holes and refinishing the whole bottom. He did a fantastic job. It is solid as a rock and the finish is such that you would never know that it was repaired. This was a smelly affair using fiberglass resins and gel coat. It was complicated by my husband's lung problems. He had to stay out of the house. Ryan was very accommodating, postponing the appointment a couple of weeks for cooler weather so we could have windows open. He also contained the smell to the bathroom area as much as he could. He was a very nice guy to work with and we highly recommend him.

We installed a brand new bathroom, including a tub/shower enclosure.
There was a flaw in the tub as a result of an undetermined event which
occurred before the install. Ryan Kelly from West Coast Tub Repair came
out as a warranty service. He was punctual and called ahead of time for
scheduling. Most important, the repair turned out great. You cannot even
tell there was ever a crack and the material is restored to its
original strength. This wasn't just a cosmetic and quot;cover it upand quot; type of
repair, it was a true repair. The tub is as good as new (or better). We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company,
especially Ryan the technician who came out. If we have any future
problems or repairs, we will definitely contact them before
contemplating a replacement.

Kelly and Brandon were on time, friendly and professional, and were able to quickly tell us that our tub would refinish very nicely and look like new. This was an appointment for an estimate, and they usually do a sample area or two on the tub for the customer to see the difference. When we saw how nice that looked, we told them we wanted the work done, and they just went ahead and did it right then. It took them only a few hours, and the finished product looked even better than expected. Their estimate was "about $350" but it went so well that in the end, they only charged us $275. That was a nice surprise. We didn't know that our tub could be refurbished, and Ty from Mike Patterson Plumbing suggested we call this company rather than go to the expense of replacing our tub. We were very happy to get our tub looking so nice for so little, when it could have cost much more.
