We recently built a new home and worked with Melissa Thompson to have all of our wood flooring, tile and carpet selected and installed. I mention the selection part because I had some ideas in mind as to what I wanted, but Melissa really helped with what would work well from a design standpoint. She was great to work with in every phase of the project. Every single one of the installation contractors were professional, reliable and did superior work. Melissa responded quickly to all of my questions. I highly recommend NW Surfaces and Melissa Thompson!

Nate and his installers were excellent to work with. They were timely, did quality work, and we are extremely pleased with the product and value for their services. We also purchased all of our tile for bathrooms and laundry room from Surfaces NW including installation. Again extremely pleased with the service and quality of the work.

Nate always answered my questions and provided a complete detailed invoice. We could have saved money if wee had been able to any part of the job ourselves. It was expensive to have the simple things done

Nate and his crew were on-time and very professional. We had tile removed from our entry, living room, dining room and kitchen and new tile installed. The crew started about 8:30am on the first day and were setting the new tile by 2pm the same day. The whole project was complete within three days and the finish project is fantastic and really has upgraded our home. I strongly recommend Surfaces Northwest, LLC.

This was an exceptional experience! From the initial meeting with Nate, to the end of the entire job, all aspects were awesome. The tear off was done so clean. Nothing that I have ever seen before. Only a small handful of staples left, that were picked up by crew. The truck they used for the debris was great too. We have a driveway that is falling apart and was worried about a drop box being 'dropped' on the driveway. The roofers were very nice and so considerate of everything they did. We enjoyed them! I would say that if you need a roof...GET THESE GUYS you won't be sorry!!

Nate was the first person to contact us regarding the roof. He was eager to earn our business and did a great job getting us the bid as well as the follow through the whole process.
