Don’t waste your time or money. Called for attic rats. Was told that the issue was old and the rats are gone, which was completely incorrect. They treated for mice (which we still have) then told me that to treat for rats would be an additional $800. When a dead rat was found, the service person refused to remove it stating, “[they] didn’t want to get their clothes dirty.” Bait and switch service. No pun intended. I’ve never been unhappier with a service in my life. I will never use this company for any reason whatsoever.

So far, they're really good. They got rid of the bugs, but I seem to have more trouble keeping the mice out. They left the place clean, they didn't interrupt me, they were pleasant and professional. I don't know that they gave me a great price and I don't know if they gave me a bad price. They guy showed up on time and they didn't bother me when they showed up for the other ones. I thought that was pretty nice. They came at the time they said they would come. I hope to not have to use them again. If I have to, I'm not going to be pleased.

The work was not performed as promised. They didn't knock down the existing nests, webs etc. Two weeks later our house is covered everywhere with webs, new eggs sacks, terrible job. Our neighbors cimplained of the same results. They have gone to another company

Great. I decided to switch pest control companies and the difference is like night and day. I am so glad I switched. Very attentive to removing cobwebs around light fixtures and foundation. More surfaces and areas were treated than the prior company. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control. Very polite uniformed technician. Willing to answer any and all questions and make recommendations, pointed out problem areas and took care of them.
