New Shades Painting is a well established community-based business. In business for 15 years with Zero Complaints to the company or to the Contractors Board. Depending on the time of year we will keep up to 6 employees, and the company owner (Steve) is on site daily. Every time you call, you will talk to Steve directly. We have found this to be the most direct way to get your needs met. We will use certified electricians and plumbers during our remodels, and occasionally call in subcontractors that we have used and trust (i.e., countertops, tile, and flooring), with excellent results. We only bring the best on site, because our reputation is the best thing we have and we plan to keep it that way. Your end result is our number one priority! We can be found on the Oregon Construction Contractor Board website at oregon.gov. Our CCB# is 105249. It will show that we are currently active, licensed, insured, and that we have never had a complaint against us. If you aren't sure if we provide a particular service, just give us a call. If we don't provide it, we have a network of trusted professionals that we work with, and will give you those names and numbers free of charge. We would rather see you have your work done by the best in the business and be happy. Most of our projects are custom to the home and its owner, so we bid each project individually. Occasionally their may be times where there are a lot of "handyman tasks" that you need completed. If this seems to be the case, we can charge that time at $50 per hour with a $50 minimum, which covers fuel, our drive time, and the first full hour of service. ALL BIDS ARE ALWAYS FREE! Some contractors charge as much as $200 for a bid. We never will. In fact, you will speak face to face with our company owner, explaining exactly what you want to accomplish. His favorite part of the job is finding out how he can best meet your needs during the project to meet and exceed your expectations for quality and customer service.
