My interaction with them was good. They were responsive and reasonably priced. The work was satisfactory, but, sometimes they didn?t get back to me on time. I still will continue to use their services in future.

They are great and we have used them before. We loved them. They are punctual and do good work. They seem honest. They are pleasant to work with.

Jeremy quickly responded to our request for a work estimate on 8-21-10 for the exterior house painting and back porch and deck project the estimate was $3600 House painting, $1385 for the porch and $100 gallon for special deck paint, estimate 3 gallons or a total of $5285 for Labor and Material The second project of kitchen remodel was estimated at a total of $6475 with cost of the flooring open ended depending on which we chose. In the end the total cost for flooring was $1925 in addition to the original plan because of our selection. A couple items as cabinet pre-work $300 and plywood layer we thought had been incuded with the original estimate was added on so total of both projects came to approximately $16000. The out side work began on 9-17-10 and both were completed 11-15-10. We were especially impressed with Jeremy's care in following our request to use a special brand of paint, low voc and any other requests we had to details. He and his crew were such a nice group to have working around our home. Their attention to detail and always cleaning up as they went, pre covering areas not to be painted although time-consuming, made it easy later to paint.The repair work was exceptional outside and in. Rick's carpentry was excellent. We were very pleased to have new steps and rebuilt porch area. The completed inside flooring which Troy and Rick worked on is beautiful; the entire kitchen area totally transformed, from a dark area to a new sunny kitchen. We were delighted with both projects and wouldn't hestitate to use Leigh's Construction again. The projects carried over a couple months but it seemed to work out fine. There's always the weather especially with our climate; where some supplies had to be ordered as deck paint and wood flooring. Sometimes there were other projects the crew were needed.

They were awesome. They brought out plenty of people, got to work, got the job done, and worked within the quote. They came to finish the job the next day when they found they couldn't finish the job in one day. I would highly reccomend them to anyone and would hire them again in the future.

Jeremy Leigh and his crew were excellent to work with. They were prompt, courteous and sensitive to the long weeks of demolition, and construction while we still lived in the space. Some of the work was subbed out (plumber, electrical, drywall) and for the most part his subs were good. His finish crew of Troy and Rick were exceptional! My only criticism of the experience would be in that area of communication and documentation. There were a few instances of miss-communication on some things where I had understood certain things to be included in the bid and he informed me they weren't. But all in all those were minor. I would however insist on better written confirmation of what is covered and what is not, if working with them again. But over all a very good experience with this company.

They were great. The person came right away. I explained them about the work I wanted to be done. We discussed things in a way that it was distributed over a year and it is likely that we will use him for the bathroom remodeling. He seems to be a really nice guy. He was honest and he understood what I was saying.

He appeared somewhat disinterested in the job. He told me what he was going to do, not so much asking me what I wanted. He was polite, well spoken, and I believe he works with his hands, they were calloused. I felt this job was somewhat below what he expected. His bid was fair but slightly higher than the others I received. It was not detailed, only two numbers was sent to me via email. I think this company does much larger jobs, I cannot speak to the quality or cost.

I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable amount for this project ($750). Jeremy Leigh was a super nice, cute, professional guy. He answered my questions and emails in a timely manner... until I asked if we needed permits (because we were going to cut into rafters and be doing electrical work). When I emailed him to ask if we needed permits, he said it was up to me and that it would cost and additional $300 or so. I replied to ask him how to go about getting the permits and never heard back from him. So, overall it went well until I asked about permits, which is really fishy. (Concidentally, I hired another company and got the job done for $500, including adding two lights up in the attic).

Jeremy and his crew did a fine job. He was also working on a housing project, so sometimes he struggled to balance his work site, but he did really good work. He also gave good advice, chose good quality materials, and stuck to his estimate. Except for some delays in getting items he ordered he was always on time. He is also pleasant, professional, skilled, and honest.

The custom door Leigh Construction created was beautiful. They were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and overall were very professional. I was extremely pleased with their quality of work and how they managed the project. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

I found Leighs on Angie's list and was very pleased with their responsiveness. They were very professional and clean-cut, service oriented, with excellent communication skills. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They were very good to work with, despite this being a relatively small job. I highly recommend this company for service, quality and an excellent price. Everything about them was a positive. I will definitely use again and am very happy to have found such a good company.

It went excellent. I chose them because they were prompt in responding. I thought I wanted the rafters exposed but he explained to me why the ceiling needed to hold insulation. He proceeded to do the work and put in a ceiling that was insulated and flush-mount florescent fixtures. It looks so clean. He put in the heating, the electrical, the drywall, and the paint. Start to finish, it took under two weeks. He needed to take down the existing garage doors and installing garage door openers on the both of the doors. The price was extremely reasonable and I am extremely pleased. Not only did he do the job, he actually educated me as a consumer. He also installed windows and trimmed them out so I could get natural light into the building. He was able to make it happen, keep me informed about what was happening, and he gave me options on the decision I needed to make. I appreciated that they kept working the whole time. To me, the price that I paid was low for the quality of work that I got.

They did a great job, in addition to being prompt. Their prices were reasonable. They were great at providing various options and solutions. When I had some issues with solving a particular problem, they were able to provide with me a variety of solutions.

They were great and I have no complaints whatsoever, only praise for their work, their people, their timeliness and cost. They were personable and very attentive. They really listened. They were not only willing but encouraging to work with what we had rather than spend a lot of money to get new things.

Quickly and fairly -- and installed correctly.

It went very well. I found Leighs Construction on Angie's list and called and asked Jeremy to come and look at the project. Jeremy was responsive to my request to come and look at the project and had a proposal in my hands with in 3-5 days. We agreed on a start date and this is when his crews started the project. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Any concerns that I addressed with Jeremy were taken care of immediately. The remodel process is never fun to live through from and inconvienence to your normal routine point of view but I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Leigh's construction for any home remodeling project.

Jeremy Leigh came put gave us a detailed bid. The work was performed very well by a crew of people who were all very friendly and responsible. We added several jobs to our first bid and my husband and I were very pleased with the work and the final bid. It was very reasonable.

I emailed Jeremy with my request. He responded quickly and we set up an appointment for him to come meet with us. We shared our ideas and he let us know he could do the job. Jeremy emailed his bid to us and we agreed to have him complete the project for us. I was very excited because I'd been wanting this done for 10+ years!!!! The crew arrived to start the job and we realized the door to the outside had panes like the French doors. I asked to have this changed and Jeremy said "no problem". The men who came to work did a great job and I enjoyed getting to know them a little bit. What a great group of guys!!! They were thoughtful about details and cared about making sure things were done right even if it meant working a little longer. We are very happy with our new doors and would love to have Jeremy do more work for us in the future.

It went splendid over all!! Jeremy is a very hard worker and very people friendly. He was on time and did what he said he would do. He kept us updated with the project, especially through the rain and snow. When there was a concern he communicated very well. Through out the project I didn't feel stressed or concerned, because I knew we were being taken care of and he went according to plan. I can not say enough good things about Jeremy and his crew. Job well done.

I found Jeremy on Angie's List and got a bid from him and one other contractor. Jeremy's bid was lower and the references he provided gave rave reviews! Since I wasn't in a rush and he was busy on other jobs, we agreed we would schedule things for the end of the summer. When that time came, Jeremy got in touch and the work started. Jeremy and his crew are all skilled professionals and nice guys! They showed up when they said they would, Jeremy was always easy to reach by phone when needed, and work areas were always clean when they left. They were also very careful not to let our indoor cat escape. It was also no problem for them to suspend work for 2 weeks while we were traveling and then they picked right up when we got back. We are extremely pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend Jeremy to anyone who needs remodeling work.

I just can't recommend him enough. He's prompt and courteous, and his friends are his employees, which says a lot.
