I am very happy with the whole process; went very well.  The two guy's, who did the work, knew exactly what to do and how to execute a good finished product.  The project was small but was treated as if it were more serious in scope.

Response to our call was immediate. The roofer had the owner on the roof with him to inspect the entire roof and estimate damages. The repairs were completed on time and as agreed. The roofer assured us that the front roof would last at least 25 more years and the rear roof would last only 10 more since it was not as recently re-roofed. Over all we felt that the roofing company acted as a partner with us and gave us his best.

I was very pleased with them.  Their original cost was $90 and it was only $80 because they had a discount coupon for me.  I had no issues whatsoever.  They were competent, reasonable and timely.  They were good.

My son asked for an estimate to replace our roof.  Within a day of the estimate, I signed a contract and the work was begun the following week.  It was to be a surprise for my husband who was out of town, so it was important that the work be completed by a specific date.  I know that King & King juggled their calendar to 'make it happen.'  The work was completed in four days by three workers - no down time - a focused team.  My husband was surprised in a good way upon his return home!

We called King & King in late Dec, around 11:30 pm due to a leak in the fire place chimney. They answered that late and had someone at our house the next am by 10:00. The two guys had to work in the worst windy, snowy/rainy weather, but they fixed the leak fairly quickly and it cost us around 100.00 which was reasonable. In March the same dripping noise started again after a rain/wind storm so we called again late at night. Again they answered and sent the same guys out to fix the problem, at no addtl cost. The best experience, reliability, and customer service, hands down. Pricing for services was very reasonable. We will use them again for any work we might need on the roof and will recommend to others. Great job King & King!!

I can't even begin to tell you how good this company it.

They were very professional, provided us frequent updates on how the job was progressing, and told us immediately about issues as they arose. When pulling up the roof on the garage, they found that there were several layers of roofing that were rotten and immediately the supervisor gave us an updated quote that was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and well.

So far they’ve been good. I called the roofer today. They are on top of the job and have it in their schedule to get it done. They’ve ordered the shingles. After I called, they called me back to ask if I had any questions and I thought it was good that they returned my call. I believe it was Dennis King who called. They came out a month ago to give me an estimate. I kept adding to the list things I wanted them to do, so the original quote grew as well. Their quote higher than the others, but the work they propose to do is also different, which is why I chose them.  The solution they offered to fix the leak was the best. It sounded like they really know what they are doing, and are going to fix the problem.  He understands why the roof is leaking. They use better underlayment. It’s not Tyvek, but a Tyvek type of underlayment instead of felt, so there’s less chance of leakage. They use an EPDM rubber in all the valleys, to prevent leakage into the valleys. They are going to replace all the ridge caps, and that of course, is an extra cost. I didn’t ask any of the other vendors to do this, but I realized it would be nice to have. They’re only replacing about half the roof. They also did the best job of matching the new shingles to the shingles currently on the roof . They went to the trouble of determining what brand I had on before, the warranty on those shingles, and stuff like that. They went to that company, and are putting on the exact same material on the rest of the roof, so it will be an exact match with the existing shingles, except for a little bit of weathering of course. The color will be an exact match. All of those things were really good. I handed over half the amount, and am confident about them because I found them on Angie’s List. I’m confident they’re on top of things.

It went well, they come on time gave us a guide line of how the work would go. They stuck to the schedule and finished the day they said. Did clean up and we  are very pleased with the finished work.

King & King did a wonderful job replacing our roof.  The job came in within the estimate, they honored our angie's list coupon, it looks fabulous.  The crew was respectful, good humored and hard working.  The boss checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and that we had no concerns.   We would recommend them without reservation.

They gave us an estimate the next day and fixed the roof the day after that. They worked quickly and gave us a free estimate which was nice. They were pretty good and the guys that came out were young. They were courteous; I didn’t have any problems with them.

I couldn't be more pleased with them. They came out and told me what things would cost. The owner came along with the workers. The same workers showed up and stayed the whole time. They meant what they said and they fixed things. A lot of places would give me a bid but would say they didn't know what they would find. He gave me a slightly higher bid but he stuck to it. I had one little leak and he came right back and fixed it. I would use them 5 times again and I wouldn't use anybody else. They were really good. The same crew showed up all the time. He gave me a 5 percent discount for being an Angie's List member. I was totally surprised because I had forgotten about it and he didn't.

During a single dry day of weather a crew of about 7 men arrived and removed my old roof, installed 2 solar tubes for daylight, and got the synthetic underlay down for my new roof.  That night it rained, but I was protected.  The owner of the company called me while it was raining to make sure I wasn't having any problems with leaking.  The crew came back the next day and completely installed my new roof.  They did a great job with the installation and clean up.  I would highly recommend them to others.

Responded to my phone call about an emergency leak in our roof at 8:30 in the evening and were there fixing it at 9:30 AM the next morning.  Totally professional and informative from the first contact to the last contact.

We were very pleased with the work King and King Roofing did. Their crews were skilled and efficient. The job went without any hitch whatsover. The estimate and planning stages were conducted professionally and courteously. The supervision and oversight of the construction team was seamless, and the work itself ended up being accomplished successfully and quickly. All of their employees were friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to call King and King Roofing again if we needed a similar job in the future.

I found a leak and called their service line. They were open, even on New Year's Day. When I expressed my surprise they said that roof leaks were serious and should wait. The next day they came out! Ended up that it looked like I only needed some moss removal. After they talked with me for a while, and realized I was willing to put in work and save some money, they explained how I could do the work myself! Explained what I needed to do & look for to make sure the leak was fixed by removing the moss, and told me what would needed to be done if that didn't solve the problem. So far, moss removed by me, and no more leak! Crossing my finger that it stays that way, but if it comes back, I'm calling them back. Gotta love honest folk.

The service was very good; they were fast. The unfortunate thing was that in taking off the roof we had more damage under there than we thought. Their quote was for $6,000 but that did not include repairing the underlayers. They came out within a day after we called them and I will use them again in the future.

I got three estimates. King and King was in the middle. The reviews on Angies list for this company were very good, so I chose King and King. Weather related issues pushed back the start date, but that was to be expected for winter.

I got the call on Saturday, that the crew would start Monday. The crew (4 men) were professional and efficient. They answered every question that I had about the installation and moss care afterwards. They finished the job right on schedule and clean up was perfect.

The final bill was within 300.00 of the original bid. I did get a 5% discount from my Angies list coupon. The representative brought the material receipts showing why the difference. The final bill was actually less then I had expected and the work was better then I had expected. I would use King and King again and will refer them to anyone needing a roof job.

There is nothing I disliked; they were on their bid. The crew struck me as professional; they knew what they were doing and did what we asked them to do. They did a good job and cleaned up at the end of every day as they said they would so I had no complaints.   

The did an outstanding job.  Dennis, the owner, was involved from the start, and his crew did the job in a professional manner.  I thought there was a problem after completion.  I called Dennis and he responded promptly with one of his most experienced men.  Turns out I was mistaken.  They were very gracious to me because i felt so bad to call them from Salem to Corvallis for something that was a non-existent problem.  I would recommend them without reservation.
