CRICKET CELLULAR

The first few months I had my phone if I didn't have access to wifi I wasn't getting 3G service and when I'd go to Portland it was a really expensive paper weight and pretty worthless. I discovered that Cricket stores cannot be called directly making it necessary to take multiple buses to get to and from (I'm legally blind) the store. Long story short I'd been sold a bad phone so they ordered me a replacement (bad phone had to be sent in and checked) and they were going to charge me $10 for the shipping! I was really mad and made it clear that though it wasn't the clerks fault that I wouldn't pay because they sold me a bad phone and they needed to pay the shipping. They agreed but repeatedly mentioned that it would be the only time they'd do it. I did point out their poor customer service. So why have I kept my account there? Since the new phone I've had no trouble, the monthly cost is very responsible, the service has been fine and I was able to set my own billing date. So after a rocky start I'm happy with my service.
