Bryant Tree Experts

Pat and his son Parker did a great job! They showed up on time and got to work in a very organized way. They grinded down the stumps and dug out the roots of the bushes. The work area was left nice and clean. They did everything we wanted them to do. We even added another item to the list and they happily took care of it. This is the second or third time we have used their services and we will again.

I first paid a consultation fee to find out what was wrong with one tree and was told I could apply that cost to the service they recommended. Got a bid to which I agreed and then they never followed through. I called twice and left phone messages So by the time I realized they weren't going to work it was too late in the year (wet) to get someone else into the spot.

Pat arrived on Thursday and finished up on Friday afternoon. As always it was a beautiful job, my back half acre looks like it belongs to someone else. The work on the Sitka Spruce and Silver Maple opened up the area between my property and the next door neighbors. Pat & 885.00Corey cleaned up sawdust, limbs and the wood from dead tree and left everything looking great.

The tree was extracted with a small root ball.  It was then moved to the front yard, onto a three foot elevated terrace. It was then carefully replanted and staked.  They finished off with an appreciated cleanup of all areas.

Pat Bryant responded promptly to our call and gave us a detailed estimate. He said he could come out to do the job the next day or the day after. We were pleased with the reasonableness and completeness of his estimate and especially impressed that he could get to our job so quickly. We offered him the job. He came out the next day at about 9 AM with a crew of 3 (including himself) and worked on the project till about 2 PM. They performed their tree service duties with professionalism and did a thorough clean up of the work area. We will remember Bryant Tree Experts for our future tree service needs.

Helper arrived with one truck, five minutes later Pat arrived, they got right to work setting up. 

They were able to find broken limbs and branches in two trees which they removed, also thined upper crowns.  We have used Bryant before and have always had superior service.  They do excellent work and cleanup everything before they leave.
They do like to receive payment on day of service, which isn't a problem.  We would use them again in a heart beat.

They arrived with a written map of what they were going to do. They arrived on time. I would recommend them, but you have to be prepared to pay them on the day of the job. The price was fair. We will use them again.

I had used them in the last 6 years, for my mother's yard, and my yard.  My mother has a lot of trees and I would get them to prune them up to keep them from getting top heavy.  They came out every year for 4 years, had 3 teams of guys, the same guys came every time, and they were great.  But, they came out about 1 1/2 years ago with a whole new team, they kept messing things up, I had them to come back 4 times to fix what they messed up, and finally, I didn't want them to touch anything, anymore.  I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 

They had a very good eye for issues with trees. They were low impact and did nothing too drastic.

He was the only tree service that did not want to automatically take out an oak tree in my yard. It has been a couple of years and there have been no problems. They did a great job.

They do a great job. They are careful and economical. They are not cheap but you don't want a cheap guy that will wreck your tree. They come every year. They know what they are doing. They are quite reasonable for what you get. They are the best tree company I've used and I don't know how they could be better. They are my tree company of choice.

This was maybe the fifth or sixth time out of the last 15 years that I've had them trim trees, and they have always been great. They are reliable and they do good work. They show up on time and do a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

The owner was professional and seemed responsive. I had used his service the previous year, which was satisfactory. His estimate ($1100) for the new work seemed high compared to the previous year's work ($520), but he said it would take his 3-man crew a full day, as opposed to the half day of the previous year, to complete. The crew finished in a half day, not the full day estimated. Though less work was done than anticipated, I paid the full amount to the young crew leader who presented me with the bill. I probably should have called the owner to question the cost for the work done, but I didn't want to get into an argument about the price, the work, or the time it took to do it.

We have a bunch of oak trees. We have used them several times to do tree work for us. They have handled different projects at different times. They are prompt. They know what they are doing. They clean up everything. We were very pleased with them. Two of our neighbors use them as well. I don?t have anything to compare the price with. We will use this company in the future.

After contacting several arborists, Bryant was my choice and I was not disappointed in any way. In addition to good service, they were knowledgable about trees and cared about the environment.

It went well and we will use Bryant's again for all our tree needs. I did call once and did not receive a call back so I suggest they do a bit better on returning calls. But their work is outstanding so I simply called again. Turned out there was a good reason for missing my call. Because Pat is so thorough he is sometimes late for appointments but he always calls to let you know. They are honest about their ability to get to your job - right now they are busy with storm damage around the community and he told me it would be a few weeks before he could give us a bid on the landscaping. I'd rather a contractor tell the truth than fudge about this.
