Too bad your ratings only go up to 5...our experience was at the top of the rating chart. How often do you hear an apology for showing up 10 minutes later that estimated arrival time? Very professional, and expects to come back if any problem should re-occur. Starlings have moved on.

They actually called because of a cancellation and were able to come straight out. worker seemed well versed in skunk/coon removal hazards and procedures. One caveat, the work isn't completed yet! The animals don't seem to want to cooperate.

I was hearing noises in the floor between Up/downstairs. I contacted two companies and hired Advanced Wildlife Removal. On the initial phone call, I explained my circumstances. Jeff asked some questions and then told me the possibilities and what he could do including costs. An appointment for the next business day was made and Jeff arrived before the scheduled time. He looked at the area I heard the sounds and listened to a recording I made. He then inspected the area, inside, checked the attic (there is no crawlspace) and I walked with him inspecting around the house and the chimney and vents on the roof looking for a way in. He finally found a small gap where bricks met the garage siding. There was a slight discoloring, probably from fur/hair, and he also found some hair caught on the bricks. Too small for a squirrel, he said it was probably a rat. He sealed the area and discussed the possibilities for any rodents still in the floorboards. He was there about 2 hours and didn't set any traps (no access to the area without removing the lower floor ceiling). He charged 30% less that what was quoted. Jeff also said to call back if the noises are still there after a few days. It's been over a week and I haven't heard the noises. I'm very pleased at the promptness, explanations, preventive advise and would not hesitate to call again.

Advanced Wildlife responded promptly to my call and took care of the woodpeckers that had decided to enter into my attic. Advanced Wildlife completed the project and the woodpeckers have not returned. I would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys are awesome! Jeff got ahold of me in less than an hour of my looking for help to take care of some critters I had been hearing in the vent system. He was more than kind and took alot of time explaining what they do and how they work. They were very prompt and got the problem taken care of for me. The prices were less than other places I had checked and they were able to get to me sooner than others had said they could. Jeff and Omar are both great guys. You won't be disappoionted! These guys are great, they are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about pests. I'm bummed that they did not catch the raccoon, but that was not their fault. They did get the rat problem under control, so I am pretty happy. Definitely call these guys for your pest problems!

Dependable, friendly

Jeff was very friendly. He was very responsive and came the day after we called him. He was on time and did more than initially expected - he caught a bird in our walls and them patched up all the vents outside so we wouldn't have any more problems. Cost reasonable.

Omar told me exactly what to expect in terms of price and process. he charged me $150 for his initial visit and set traps for squirrels on my roof and in my attic. He trapped 2 squirrels in a live trap for $60 each, making trips to Lake Oswego from Salem for each pickup. Highly recommended.
