I hired Chris to repair my roof when a tree fell on it in February. He came out the next day to take a look and gave me a bid. The price was fair. After stripping off the roof he found additional problems that he explained and the proper way to make the repairs. The repairs were done and the price was very fair. He was very friendly and explained the detail of what he was doing. I liked him so much I hired him to paint the exterior of my house. He did an excellent job also on the painting. He was very detail oriented and took care of all the small things. He doubled checked the paint job to make sure it was done right. I have hired a lot of contractors to do work and I have to say Chris was the best I have ever had. If you hire Chris you will not be disappointed in the job you will get. An excellent worker and honest person.

I am so glad I hired A+ Builders to paint our house. When the owner Christopher came out during the initial bid process, he was the only one who really spent the time to walk around the entire house looking at everything and pointing out all the spots that needed some tlc. He did a great job in communicating the whole process to me. His bid price was around what I was expecting to pay and was a little less than the other bids I got. When he emailed me the Painting Quote, he also included 3 pamphlets that described the different paint qualities I could choose from. He called ahead of time before he came each day and when he and his team were done for the day, they would let me know where they were in the process (which I really appreciated). The house painting turned out great, I asked for some business cards so I could hand them out to my friends and family. A+ went above and beyond!! My duplex looks amazing. He had to push out the start date a couple of days but was always communicating and telling me what was going on. Since I was not available the entire time he was working, he took pictures to show me of the progress and also to get my permission to proceed on a dry rot situation that needed trim work replaced. He even fixed some paint splatters on the window that the original painters had just left. They finished in a reasonable time and cleaned everything up! I am so happy that we hired A+!

A+ Builders repaired a large leak in my roof. The professionalism of Chris was outstanding. I also had A+ Builders repair stucco on the house, paint the repairs, and also paint the trim on the house. The communication with Chris was the best I have ever encountered. The cost of all repairs was very reasonable. I recommend this company for any repairs you may have as they will be fair and honest.

I worked with Chris. He called right away upon my search for getting help with my leaky roof. He was unfailingly polite. He was able to explain the needed repairs in such a way as to make it understandable. He took pictures before and after the repairs to show me the difference. He identified three exhaust pipes from the roof where the flange was torn and/or worn out and gave me an amount for the additional cost immediately. He completed his repairs in one day.

Chris was prompt and called before he arrived, a nice courtesy. More importantly, he was thorough and competent. I plan to hire him again for future projects when he's available.
