As David Loggins ,LLC I am a 25 year plumbing contractor in the Portland Metro area doing mainly, but not limited to, single family residential remodel and repair. I work with many long established general contractors who provide excellent service and quality craftsmanship. I also am committed to providing service to property owners and management companies in the metro area who require service in their buildings, mainly residential.I provide free estimates and no trip charge provided location in tri-met area, 10% senior discount and my rates are $95.00 per hour, again I must emphasize, no trip charge. I have been providing remodeling services on some of the finest old homes in the Portland metro area for over 20 years and understand the challenges that come with remodeling an older or much older home. I guarantee my work and all materials provided by David Loggins, LLC. for one year.
