It went well. Wade talked to me about what he was doing - how to do more cleaning to help keep heat pump working better and was very helpful. Knew that my big ? was about the noise which he asked about right away. He also showed me how to set the controls to better comfort. Very helpful.

Slowest and most costly bid of local contractors.

Everything was done in a professional and timely fashion. A rep came out the day after I called and the following day, I had estimates to choose what systems would be best for us. New system installed 10 days later. Installers were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Kept me abreast of how the project was going and what phase of installation they were completing. No complaints.

This is our second time hiring Pacific Air Comfort. I think they are one of the best heating and cooling contractors in the area, if not the best. They worked with us to find a good solution for replacing our old heat pump, avoided running new pipes, did very thorough work. The sales person, the installation lead, and the installation crew are always punctual, courteous, honest and professional. They tried to understand our needs and offered different options for us to choose. The installation was completed in one day and the work was neatly done. The job site was left in a clean condition. I am very happy about the work they did. Thank you, Ann Marie, Chris, Leo and the team, for a great job. We will definitely hire this company again.

On time arrival, clean and professional with an understanding for the job and its requirements. A stud was in the direct path so he had to shift the duct work a little, but before doing so he confirmed the realignment with another technician and made sure the adjustment was fine with me since the appearance would not look standard. Fantastic work, finished beautifully, and excellent customer service. This is the second time I have used Pacific Air, because the company ensures all jobs are to the highest standards and completed with full customer satisfaction.

Well they didn't burn my house down but that's about the only good part. As you can see from the picture the new ductwork installed by PAC Air does a great job heating up my roof. Unfortunately not so much on the inside

I spent thousands of dollars to have pacific air install a gas furnace and ductwork. I took a year for them to get the permit to pass. The system cooks one room out while letting others freeze, when asked, they told me to adjust dampers to balance the system. Their job but ok. Climbed into the attic. Low and behold no dampers, but I did find that my insulation was pulled back from the vents and not replaced. Literally a dozen locations where insulation was pulled back to the drywall. My advice would be to try any other company, couldn't be worse.

Service was quite satisfactory. They performed annual service on our heating and air conditioning system, replacing filters, ensuring system is clean and operating properly. There were no additional costs for this service.

The sales person, Rob, was incredibly knowledgable and noticed some issues with the job that other companies did not. His quote was also the lowest, and ultimately accurate. The installers were professional, on time, and did a good job of cleaning up after the job. Every part of the installation was executed perfectly. In particular, the new ducts had to run through multiple walls and around existing plumbing. The result was exactly as I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the work.

Technician was quick and found the issue right away. He also checked and charged the air filter and gave me a great vent cleaning tip.
