We had our hands full moving to a new house with a disabled mother and needed help packing. Two women did the packing. (We had professional movers do the actual loading and moving.) They were very thorough - in fact, too thorough. Things were actually overpacked in my opinion. How many layers of paper do you need around a skillet? So it took them all day to do the two rooms. They asked if we wanted them to come to the new house and help unpack, and we said yes. But we never heard from them again. I'd still probably hire them again in a similar situation.

"I'm sorry you felt too much packing paper was used. We normally don't put packing paper around pots and pans unless the customer requests it, or they are very expensive. With two packers @ a total cost of $300.00, we couldn't possibly have been there all day. $55.00 per hour for two packing specialists, and I'm assuming we gave you a discount, so we may have been there a total of 6 hours. Thank you for submitting a report on our business, but I don't recall which customer you are (although your name is familiar), nor the condition of your home, or how much stuff you had. We work very fast and efficiently and don't waist time. Our job is to safely pack your items as quickly and carefully as we can; without any damage or breakage of your items! My company hasn't worked for you as recently as September of 2010, so I am assuming that you are submitting an old report for work done last year or so. As for the unpacking, many customers do ask us to help them unpack their home as well. If you had requested our services for unpacking an appointment would have been scheduled at that time so we could have returned to do the unpacking. Again, I do apologize for you not being completely satisfied. If you need our services again, I will give you a 15% discount of your total services."

She and another woman showed up and did a lot of packing for me t move some stuff out of the house. They brought their own supplies such as the bubble and wrap and I provided the boxes. They worked fast and got the work done in a timely fashion.

Michelle is organized and professional. She was timely and took great care with my things, especially the fragile knick-knacks and art pieces. The project took two full days and I was very pleased with the outcome. Everything that Michelle packed arrived safe and sound.

It was an unusual circumstance. I felt in this situation, the girls who packed were patient and understanding. They had a daunting job ahead of them with one day's notice. They sent a team of four girls who did a good job.

This was the first week of November and I tried phone messages and e-mail. I totally understand being unavailable due to a family situation, but if you run your own business, checking and responding to messages is practically the #1 professional thing to do. I got a generic voice mail message, nothing to indicate I had even reached a business, let alone say that Michelle would be unavailable until further notice or something. She also could have had her e-mail automatically reply with a "sorry" message. And there are apparently people that work regularly with Michelle that could have helped her out. She previously had great reviews and recommendations, and I really could have used her help. I hope she makes a plan for the future. And I DO hope her personal situation has resolved in a positive way!

I called Michelle the day before she was to be at my home to pack. No call back. I called her several times on Friday to confirm she was packing me. Nothing. I finally called the movers who got a hold of her and said that she had a family emergency which meant she would not be able to pack me. I was stressed. I came back from my trip to find I had to everything to pack before the movers would arrive the next day. The movers ended up packing me and it cost me more than what I was going to pay Michelle. I understand Michelle's situation, but the responsibility was on Michelle to get a hold of me. Instead, knowing I was not at home, she sent me an email rather than calling me. I find this to not be good business. Had she called me and explained, it would have eliminated stress and I could have arranged something else - such as a friend. She offered to make it up - again through an email - by unpacking me. By the time I got my email up and saw her offer, I was totally unpacked.

It went well. Everything was packed professionally and all boxes labeled. So far I have not found any breakage. Moving any distance is a difficult experience. The assist I received by using a packing service was well worth the expense.

Excellent. The two ladies were very fast and did a terrific job. They even recommended a great moving company. All we had to do was let them in and say "take care of this mess" and it was done.

She did a superb job. Nothing was broken or damaged and I have a multitude of delicate fragile items and I appreciate the care that she took. There are a lot of people who may do this for cheaper, but it was well worth having her pack my more delicate expensive belongings and know that it was done right.

The appointment was at 10:30 am, and they actually arrived 15 minutes early, and she called to let me know they would be early. She was very professional. She handed me her business card, shook my hand, and got straight to work. She really knew what she was doing, and she didn't ask me a lot of questions. She is very organized and efficient. I was actually very impressed. I will hire her again without a doubt! I thought she was very reasonably priced and affordable for many people.

Michelle was schedule to be here at 10:00 but didn't arrive until 11:15. She had originally estimated the job to be done in 8 hours for one person but it took 7 hours with two people. They did work fast and were organized.

On a tight deadline to vacate the home, I called Michelle after viewing her well-done website. She accepted the job promptly and reported for work as promised. Michelle took charge of the work to be done and exceeded my every expectation. It was the best business experience I've had in many years! Michelle is fair, honest, efficient, organized, and a delightful person as well. I highly recommend her company and will call her again!
