I did not realize that the "dust" would be blown into my house so it was surprising to see it come out of my ductwork. Seemed pretty pricey, but they did a good job.

Appointment scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time. After inspecting the furnace ductwork in the home they explained where they would need to create some openings for the suction hose and other small openings for the clean out tools and air compressor hose. That was news to me but the work was completed and patched up afterwards professionally IMO. The entire cleaning job took a little over two hours, and proceeded methodically and competently. I was very happy with their onsite service and the process from first call to completion of work. I didn't price shop for this service so I can't comment on how they compare to others. Their prices seemed fair to me on my initial call so I hired them.

The guy who serviced our furnace suggested that we have our air ducts cleaned and recommended Willard. There was a lot of construction dust in the ducts from the extensive renovation that had been done to the home before we purchased it. The tech was at our home for almost 2 full hours and cleaned the furnace and 13 ducts. The service was very good and the cost was reasonable.

The previous owner of the house had used them for years so we used them. I found out that they were not bonded or insured so I found another company. The other company vacuumed out all of the vents and they had a machine that cleaned out the grates and the chimney and Willard does not do the chimney. The experience with Willard was okay but they just were not very thorough. I had to keep reminding them when the other ducts were. Their quality was not as good as the other company. They were punctual. I probably won't use them again.

I called several companies and scheduled this one based on availability, chimney service, and the phone quote. Originally I was going to get my chimney cleaned, which was quoted as $105. I was quoted $179 for the furnace/ductwork cleaning. The work man showed up on time, cleaned my furnace and ducts, and each register. The chimney didn't need cleaning, so he did not do that. He wrote up the invoice for $366 and I about fell over. The price per register is $17, which adds up quickly. My sister recently had her ducts cleaned by a different local company, and she confirmed that this is standard practice, though her total bill was under $300 (for a similar sized home). So I still feel that this price was too high. I called the company to complain about the inaccurate quote, and the man I spoke only reemphasized that they are consistent with their prices, and they always charge the same amount. I told him I didn't dispute that, but I did dispute the notion that I had received an accurate quote on the phone. He basically said I was lying and he didn't really care. This company doesn't care about it's customers.

He was very polite and efficient. It took about 2 hours to do the whole house. But he did not do any inspection of the air ducts after he was done. I looked into some of them and for the most part they were clean but I did still find some dust bunnies.

Mark unhooked the dryer, criticized the flexible tubing we had, told me my vent was probably disconnected in the wall somewhere and I should have it replaced. I mentioned that no one had ever suggested that before and he had been here before himself. I asked him about it and he thought I should contact a general contractor or have my husband do it himself. His recommendation was to drill a hole through my kitchen floor next to the cupboard by the outside wall and see where that came out down below then run the ducting up through there and vent it out the back of the house, then I could cover it with a box. He felt it was dangerous as is. I called a general contractor to come look at it and he said there was no reason to replace the vent. There was no reason to suspect that anything had "come apart" and besides it was currently vented to outside underneath the upper floor so to drill a hole in it would have been useless. They were way off base this time.

This is the second time that I have used them. They always show up on time, finish on time and are very professional. They clean up after themselves, making sure that there is no trace of dirt left behind by them. Scheduling is easy and usually can be done within a matter of a few days. Repeat customers get a 10% discount. Highly recommend them.

Always very professional, very nice to deal with, and honest. Could have charged me for extra cleaning that I had signed up for, but because of heat exchange problem, said would not do and would not charge for the extra service. They saved me $150 because if they had been dishonest they could have done the work. Recommended to neighbors.

They were on time and did a fine job. This is the 2nd time we've used Willard. I would have preferred to have had the guy who did it at our old house as he seemed more thorough, but I'm not sure of his name.

THE WORKMAN WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND SEEMED PROFESSIONAL. I ASSUME THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I HAD NOT ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, SO HAD NO RECOURSE BUT TO PAY. ANOTHER TIME I WOULD ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFORE SCHEDULING THE WORK.

MARK W. WAS ON TIME. BEFORE HE CLEANED THE FURNACE, HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE SHOWED CONCERN FOR THE DOGS SAYING THEY MAY BE AFRAID OF THE LOUD NOISES THE TRUCK MAKES WHEN THE VACUUM STARTS. WHEN HE WAS DONE, HE CLEANED EVERY THING AROUND THE FURNACE AND TIGHTENED UP SOME LOOSE SCREWS HE FOUND. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT.

THIS BUSINESS IS VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAN. THEY DO THE JOB AND LEAVE THE AREA SPOTLESS. EVEN THEIR TRUCKS ARE CLEAN! WE HAVE HAD THEM DO OUR CHIMNEY ON ANOTHER OCCASION AND WERE PLEASED WITH THAT SERVICE.
