The crew at Eastside/Westside Moving are excellent to work with! We refer them to the clients at our residential real estate agency without hesitation.  My in-laws recently moved and gave me rave reviews about the care that Jody took in helping them to move
across the country. They are professional, careful and timely, which makes them such an asset to our businesses and lives!

Everything went fine, and I have no complaints.

The movers were very careful opening the crates and delivering the boxes. They unwrapped certain items to make sure they were not damaged. Very professional and polite.

Everything got there safe and sound and it was all good. They were reliable and they did what they said they would do. Everything went smoothly. I can't remember exactly how much it cost but it was a lot. Everyone was charging a lot. You can shop around and they'll give a good price.

They were wonderful, absolutely wonderful. They were probably the best moving company I've used. Dixie, who works in the main office, is fantastic. All the moving guys were wonderful, they took extra special care, bringing in cardboard to put down on the wood floors so the furniture would not sit on them or scratch them when being moved. They didn't rush, and there was no damage whatsoever. On price, I think they were expensive.

The day of our move, 5 men, James, Jake, Javerire, Accensio and George arrived at about 8 AM. Since I made a call the day before to Dixie, Jodie's Assistant, and requested a little extra help to finish what I wasn't able to accomplish, they sent an extra person. The crew leader, James, asked me to do a walk-thru the house and answer some questions. He then directed the flow of what was to be done. Everyone knew their job and worked calmly, quickly and efficiently being especially respectful of us, our possession and home. They prepped the floors, and wooden railings with heavy blankets and tape, to ensure that nothing would be damaged. Moving is not any easy thing and yes I was fairly organized, but I have never moved and left to get lunch, knowing everything was being handled well. Upon returning home, the crew was just loading the last of the boxes. We did a walk thru to make sure everything had been removed. That ended day one, about 3:00 PM.. Day two, bright and early they arrived at our new home and began the unloading process. I can't imagine it easier. Of course we were surrounded by boxes, but our furniture was all placed as we asked, our storage closet filled with our over-flow and locked by one of the movers They were out the door by Noon. The estimate, was slightly lower than the actual cost, but that was the result of my needing extra help on moving day, in addition to the packing supplies.

I called for some information, and their customer service was outstanding. When the estimator came out, it was actually the company president. I was very impressed with her. It was a family business, and she started when she was very young. I had a good impression. Ultimately, her estimation was almost spot on.

Third time I've used this company for moving and would recommend them.

Couldn't have gone any better. The crew was spot on time, perfectly professional and friendly, and worked VERY efficiently. This was the best moving experience of my life. I recommend them without reservation.

We had much of our own stuff packed up but one crew of three men came out on Monday to pack up all that remained including the entire kitchen. On the next day two crews (each consisting of three men and one van) came out to move us within McMinnville in a single day. They were well organized, careful to add wraps to doorways and runners to floors, and careful with furniture pieces in narrow hallways and up and down stairs. They placed heavy furniture pieces exactly where I wanted them; if something needed to be moved a bit they were willing to do it. Many boxes did end up in the garage; instead of one big mountain of boxes, they set up the boxes so there is a walkway between two groups of boxes. This has made it much easier to find certain things as we unpack. They did all of this in record time (more quickly than the estimated time) on probably the hottest day of the year in McMinnville. The temperature was 105 degrees!!

All three of the young men on the moving crew were polite, careful and as efficient as they could be, given the weather. I felt confident that our belongings would be handled with as much care as possible.
