I was out of town and the crew came, mowed the lawn at the right height, not too short to kill the grass and not too high to not look properly trimmed and my entire yard was done just as committed to do.
In a world where we are always busy and always on the run and always going from here to there and everywhere, it is so nice to run into a service provider that delivers the work with quality, does what he commits to do and does not charge an arm and a leg for a job well done. When a provider works with integrity, I do take the time to write a review. If we have this kind of information available, we can always pick the correct provider for our needs and have the peace of mind that we are not getting scammed.
I pay $300 a month for their services. I think they do a very good job. They are very thorough, they respond to what I tell them, they are easy to talk to, and they follow through on what they say they are going to do. Their price is a little higher than some of the others but they are ranked very highly on Angie?s List. They just come so punctuality is not an issue. We will continue to use them to maintain the property.
"This is a reponse to the Member. When I read this report I was very surprised. I had never heard one word of this from the customer. I have left messages for her with no response. My message was that this was my first opportunity to hear from her and would like to rectify the situation in any way. I am currently writing to her to see if that will help to get a response from her. This report from the customer does not at all reflect what happened. The soil was very poor and would not sustain plant growth. We adjusted the best we could with the available soil. The customer did not want to spend money on soil or drainage. It was a large job on a yard that floods and has rock hard soil. We offered to build up the soil and raise the grade and add drainage. We did the best with limited options. We located the plants where there was some viable soil. The paver part of the job was not even part of the agreement but a FREE addition at the last minute in an area that floods. To put this in perspective... The previous job I did for this customer was under police protection when she got a court order against her neighbor for a rental house at a different location to combat a drainage issue from that neighbor. She was very happy with our work at that jobsite and then hired us to work on her personal yard. Some situations are more difficult than others, and if people work together for a solution then one can be found. I would gladly return to this jobsite in question and do what I could to remedy the customers bad feelings and even donate some plant material and soil if that would help. One person's negative opinion is more costly than a truck load of good soil!"
