As with any supply organization they want your payment up front before delivery, but three weeks out, I'm still waiting on a refund for a materials return.

Edit: Received my refund, the sqeaky wheel does gets the grease.

Alp was our rep. He was a great guy. He was very busy so sometimes he was a little slow on returning calls. We had a BIG problem with our original door/trim supplier. I called three companies to see what they could do to help us out. He was the only one who was at the house the next day and jumped right in. The show room was okay, and they held our hand they whole way. They kept in contact to find out when we wanted everything to start being delivered to the job. The only surprise is that they didn't tell us they where supplying the closet set up. It just showed up (the price was good so we dropped the home store set up and went with them). Timmy is an awesome delivery driver! He is VERY aware of our dogs and child. The prices and customer service were good.

Visited front office and gave full replacement window info to sales lady at front office. Did not get her name. She promised to email me with estimate in a few days. That was a month ago and never had a reply.

SALESMAN DID A MATERIAL TAKE OFF, QUOTED THE WORK, AND SHIPPED ORDER ALL IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE ALSO TOOK BACK LEFTOVERS FOR COMPLETE CREDIT. INTERIOR DOOR FRAMES AND DOORS WERE HUNG TO VERY TIGHT STANDARDS.
