West Coast Autos is a breath of fresh air. I liked Barry from our first phone conversation. I was actually on my way to another dealership to look at a car, but while talking to him on the phone, I made U-turn and decided to spend my evening after work visiting West Coast autos instead. Best decision ever.
West Coast Autos sells high end pre owned luxury cars that are all in great condition and at a very fair price. Unlike other used car dealership, their prices were spot on with Kelly Blue Book values and I didn't feel that I was being ripped off and taken advantage of. Barry explained that they mark their cars at these fair prices so that no one has to play games. That alone was refreshing. I had been on my way to look at a similar car one year older that was priced $1500 higher.
All of their cars are kept inside a showroom. It's a little cramped, but they can easily pull a vehicle out for you to look at and test drive. Every single vehicle there is immaculate. I was interested in buying their BMW X3, but only after I had a pre- sale inspection done by an independent mechanic. I made an appointment with a nearby auto shop that I picked out and Barry and his crew dropped the car off and picked it up.
I also have to give a shout out to Mani. After the auto inspection, I spent some time talking to him over the phone. Again, not pushy, but professional and very personable. All in all, they have a great team there. I really trust them. Mani helped me get all the paper work and financing sorted out the next day. These guys really care about customer service, satisfaction and earning your return business. Thank you West Coast Autos! I'll be back for my next car!
